With a lot of love for detail, renovated 3 1/2-room apartment on the top floor of a beautiful Engadine house in a quiet, central and sunny location. The village centre of Scuol and the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars are only a 15-minute walk away. 2 reserved parking spaces are available in front of the separate entrance to the house. The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sunny island offers a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountain world. In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge here, which invites you to linger. After the comprehensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom was comprehensively renovated, partially redesigned and newly furnished. The state-of-the-art kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a new massage shower. Flat-screen TV, hi-fi system and DVD player are just as natural as the free Wi-Fi. This beautiful place is consciously for those guests who are not looking for entertainment and luxury, but nature. -Weak to no cell phone reception- The cabin is located in Val Tasna at 1914 meters above sea level with wonderful views of the Engadine mountains. Nearby places are Ftan, Scuol, Ardez and Guarda. Val Tasna is a side valley of the Lower Engadine in the territory of the municipality of Scuol in the Swiss canton of Grisons.

2022 with a lot of love for detail newly built 3 1/2 duplex apartment (approx. 100 m2, 2 floors). The apartment is located in the expanded haystall of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th century. Central location on Quartierstrasse, a few steps to the ski bus/post bus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center Scuol with shops, restaurants and the wellness pool "Bogn Engiadina". The cross-country skiing center and cross-country ski trail are also within walking distance. Ideal for families and couples.

Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

Chasina Rosa: Cosy 1.5 Room Holiday Flat Directly

Allegra illa Chasina Rosa – Welcome to the historic house, built in the 17th century (cellar vault) and 18th century (building) by the father of the only Engadin Federal Councilor Felix Calonder. It is centrally located and yet in total tranquility right next to Engadin Bad Scuol. The apartment was gently renovated with respect for the historical building structure.
