The house is situated in Bellingham, in the heart of the North Tyne valley (17 miles from Hexham) within walking distance of all the town’s amenities. An exquisite base (with consistently high reviews) for exploring the tranquil local landscapes, by foot or wheel, close to the River North Tyne (fishing permits available), the International Dark Sky park and Kielder observatory. We have officially the darkest skies in England; from the back garden over 2000 stars can be seen on a clear night.

I invite you to share my home in the gorgeous town of Kelso. It is an 8 min. walk into Kelso Square. The sun lounge enjoys the evening sun and fabulous sunsets over Floors Castle & the river Tweed. A south facing garden enjoys all day sun to relax and unwind in. You will find it comfortable, bright, airy, spacious & fully equipped. It has a peaceful and serene setting, while having all the town amenities within walking distance. It was my family home, I pop back frequently between lettings.

A family home with curated art collection, Persian rugs, and furniture from around the world. Located within a 10 minute walk to festival venues, Edinburgh University, and town centre, home retains a feeling of quiet countryside. The front door opens to a path to Arthur's Seat and the back door to secluded south facing garden, with seating and fire pit for chilly evenings.
