Absolutely amazing stay! We were a family of 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids) and we had plenty of space and everyone had a great time using the pool and the table tennis! Very close to Marina di Ragusa, the beach and a supermarket (8 minutes). Quiet, peaceful surroundings with an unbelievable view of the sea. No surprise that our host Carmelo was also amazing. He treated us like family and truly cared about ensuring we had the best experience and stay in Sicily. He also responded immediately when we had questions or any issues. He made us feel very welcome and at home. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience in Sicily, with a host who really cares about his guests, you will not regret booking this place!

When we arrived Angelo was there to meet us, and surprised us with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. Angelo showed us around and gave us advice and information about the area. The villa was perfect, well equipped with plenty of cutlery and china even a small selection of spices, washing tablets and also dishwasher tablets. The local super market is a short walk away as is the local market and beach. We walked to the square every evening , lots of locals meeting up making a lovely atmosphere, there are lots of restaurants and friendly bars. We had a few question during the few days we were staying at the villa and Angelo answer immediately. The pool area is beautiful and well kept with plenty of beds, chairs and a couple of coffee tables too. Although we didn’t use the BBQ we did eat breakfast and lunch outside on the large table. Wonderful villa just outside the beautiful town of Modica. Ideal location for visiting the spectacular baroque architecture of Modica, Ragusa and Noto, and within a reasonable distance from sandy beaches. The villa is exceptionally well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained by Georgio who lives next door. We loved sitting outside and eating at the traditional ceramic Sicilian table and appreciated the various shady seating areas around the house and gardens. The swimming pool is a highlight and is kept clean and very well maintained by Georgio. Many thanks to Jennifer and Georgio for a wonderful week’s holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay in Playa Grande. The location is nicely tucked away and very quiet—no traffic or town noise at all. The pool area was great, with plenty of sun beds and space to relax. Several nice beaches are easy to teach nearby, and we appreciated the secure parking inside the property. The apartment had a large TV and everything we needed. Nearby towns are easy to reach by car and offer plenty of restaurants. All in all, a peaceful and relaxing spot with great amenities. The property offers very good value for money overall.

We had a fantastic stay and a wonderful time! The property and the rooms were even nicer than in the photos. Communication with Alberto and Roberta was super easy and quick—they were always available and helpful. They also shared some great local restaurant tips for the area and Ortigia. Some of their recommendations we already knew from our last trip to Syracuse, and we’d totally recommend them as well. 😎 Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to come back! Just a quick note for anyone looking for a standalone house or villa: this place is actually made up of several (very beautiful) apartments.

We spent an unforgettable time as a family with two children in this beautiful cottage near Rosolini. The location is fantastic – very quiet and idyllically located in the countryside, with a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding nature. The house itself is well equipped – everything is new, well maintained and very clean. From comfortable beds to the perfectly furnished kitchen, there was everything you need for a relaxing stay. Pool towels and outdoor dishes were also available – you can tell that everything has been thought of here. A real highlight is the beautifully landscaped garden: lovingly designed with flowers, cacti, palm trees and old olive trees. We also want to highlight the host who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always available, gave us great tips for excursions and was just very attentive. We would come back anytime!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa — perfect for families! The pool is absolutely lovely and completely private, which made relaxing super easy. The villa is clean and comfortable without feeling too delicate, so we could really unwind without stressing about the kids breaking anything. Paolo was brilliant — very friendly and always quick to help with anything we needed. A great, easygoing place for a family holiday. Would definitely come back!

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

Corrado was so nice and friendly, he was a gentle man. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Pool was fabulous. Every recommendation Corrado gave us was superb from beaches to the unmissable Canyon, to restaurants to day trips. I would highly highly recommend this place and the wonderful Corrado

we had a great welcome. the place is heavenly, never hot, the pool is beautiful, the outdoor spaces spacious and well maintained. We were a group of 19 people and there really was a way for everyone to relax in peace and tranquility, starting with the kids who wanted to swim up to the adults who wanted to rest. Everyone had the opportunity to do what they preferred without disturbing others. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. The host was really thoughtful. He pampered us throughout the week. He was able to give precise directions on the surrounding places and more. We really enjoyed ourselves

Stylish and modern place with a nice pool to cool off. Good beds and everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to the restaurants and beach downtown. Deborah was very helpful and friendly.

This place is just wonderful for family holiday - the sea view is the best, the shady terrace just calls you to relax- the house itself is beautiful and functions well! Salvatore and his wife took so good care of us! If you like fresh seafood there are many nice, rustic restaurants within walking distance!

What a wonderful property, it was paradise. We loved picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, we enjoyed the chickens, geese and donkey. The property is set in beautiful gardens, with a sparkling clean swimming pool. The beach is a short walk away, where you will find a variety of places to eat and drink. Five minutes away is a well stocked shop. Gio was a fantastic host, who was available 24/7 for any problems, his local knowledge was very useful and he proudly showed us around his wonderfully kept gardens. We particularly enjoyed picking bananas every morning. Thank you so much Gio, we hope to return to paradise near the sea.

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

Sandra, Daniele and Salvatore, our hosts, welcomed us wonderfully from the first minutes with pastries, wine and olive oil from the orchards of the house. We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, fully equipped, perfect for a quiet holiday while having beaches and restaurants nearby, a few minutes from Scicli, close to Ragusa and only 30 mins from Noto. Sandra and Salvatore showed extreme kindness, availability and great responsiveness at any time. The house is very pleasant, with this charm Mediterranean enjoying the outdoor life, a large garden with swings, hammocks, games for children and the freshness inside in a pleasant and comfortable setting, full of all kinds of small equipment, everything necessary for cooking with fruits and vegetables soaked in the Sicilian sun, but also boardgames, bottles of aperitifs, CDs, beach games or even a petanque court, etc... Thank you for this beautiful house and the swimming pool so pleasant, we will come back with pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno and Julie’s house, they were so helpful and friendly. We loved that the house was very private and the garden is gorgeous. Nice big pool and they have created the rooms in a way that if you would stay here with three couples everybody has their privacy. Nice to have two terraces where you can eat so you always have shade or sun. And a lot of places where you can sit and read a book or have drinks. Full functioning kitchen, Bruno even went as far as buying me a milk foamer when I asked about it. We love love love this place!!

What a fantastic villa! Giorgio and his father were great hosts. They left us a lovely welcome gift and also came over with a farewell gift. Communication was amazing - they were very quick to respond to any questions. The villa was lovely - we spent most of our time out by the pool. The villa is a great position for exploring - we visited Ragusa, Noto, Modica, Catania and Syracuse which were all beautiful. There are three supermarkets within walking distance of the villa and it's a short walk down to Marina di Ragusa which is a lovely town with a fabulous beach. It comes alive in the evening and there are some great restaurants to choose from plus a couple of great ice cream places. We would definitely go back and stay here again. Thanks for everything!

We had a very nice stay! Maria welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. The pool is fantastic, and the pool man was also very warm and patient. For us, it was a very reassuring feeling that someone takes care of the pool so reliably!! The house is a bit older, but there is air conditioning throughout the house, which was very valuable at the 32 degrees outside temperature.

The photos are bang on, this place is amazing. The pool is great and the views are beautiful. It’s really well run, Marion responded to all our messages immediately and was really helpful. We followed up on quite a few of the recommendations and they were all worth it. We were 5 adults (2 codgers, 3 young’uns) and there was plenty of room. We rented a car and I reckon you probably need one, I wouldn’t fancy the walk from Noto (which is stunning) after dark on tight windy roads. Great holiday in a lovely part of Sicily.
