Der Garten von Gioacchino ist ein kleines Paradies. Sowohl für unsere Tochter als auch für uns war es spannend und schön, die Früchte zu entdecken und reifes Obst und Gemüse zu ernten und zu essen. Morgens ging es zum Hühnerstall, abends haben wir den Bio-Müll zu den Schweinen gebracht. Dazwischen ging es in den Pool oder zum Spielplatz. Das Haus ist gut durchdacht – es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und ein bisschen mehr (Zitronenpresse, Pürierstab etc.) Fußläufig ist ein toller Obststand, an dem man auch Backwaren kaufen kann. Ein paar Meter weiter ist der öffentliche Strand. Der ist leider voll und nicht sauber. Der Strand im Naturgebiet ist eher zu empfehlen. Dafür muss man aber einen Fußmarsch in Kauf nehmen. Der lohnt sich aber. Lido di Noto, Noto und die umliegenden Städtchen sind tolle Urlaubsorte und das Haus von Gioacchino eine Empfehlung. Er selbst ist sehr freundlich und kann stolz auf das sein, was er dort geschaffen hat. Danke nochmal für den Honig und die Papaya!

We had a great time. It is a beautiful villa and is very well kept. The host was very responsive throughout. She also had some goodies for us upon arrival and did provide great local recommendations. I wish we could stay longer. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed.

Absolutely amazing stay! We were a family of 11 people (6 adults, 5 kids) and we had plenty of space and everyone had a great time using the pool and the table tennis! Very close to Marina di Ragusa, the beach and a supermarket (8 minutes). Quiet, peaceful surroundings with an unbelievable view of the sea. No surprise that our host Carmelo was also amazing. He treated us like family and truly cared about ensuring we had the best experience and stay in Sicily. He also responded immediately when we had questions or any issues. He made us feel very welcome and at home. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience in Sicily, with a host who really cares about his guests, you will not regret booking this place!

Wonderful villa just outside the beautiful town of Modica. Ideal location for visiting the spectacular baroque architecture of Modica, Ragusa and Noto, and within a reasonable distance from sandy beaches. The villa is exceptionally well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained by Georgio who lives next door. We loved sitting outside and eating at the traditional ceramic Sicilian table and appreciated the various shady seating areas around the house and gardens. The swimming pool is a highlight and is kept clean and very well maintained by Georgio. Many thanks to Jennifer and Georgio for a wonderful week’s holiday.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen mit einem einmaligen Ausblick, wirklich eine kleine Oase inmitten einer wunderschönen Wohngegend. Der Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und zum Hafen mit seinen unglaublich guten Restaurants und gemütlichen Bars braucht man nur 5 Minuten. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen wie hier! Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in allen Belangen unterstützt. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, absolute Empfehlung!

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

Venir à la Villa Regina relève d'une expérience sensorielle par la beauté de la villa (aussi bien la décoration intérieure que la terrasse) et du panorama qui s'offre à la vue du voyageur dans chacune des pièces. La mer est là tout autour de la villa et Ortigia sert de toile de fond. Le calme de l'environnement contribue aussi à cette expérience alors que la villa n'est qu'à une courte distance d'Ortigia. Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern eine unvergessliche Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Rosolini verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft – sehr ruhig und idyllisch auf dem Land gelegen, mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die umliegende Natur. Das Haus selbst ist top ausgestattet – alles ist neu, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Von bequemen Betten bis hin zur perfekt eingerichteten Küche war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Auch Poolhandtücher und Geschirr für draußen waren vorhanden – man merkt, dass hier an alles gedacht wurde. Ein echtes Highlight ist der wunderschön angelegte Garten: liebevoll gestaltet mit Blumen, Kakteen, Palmen und alten Olivenbäumen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Gastgeber, der unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und war einfach sehr aufmerksam. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

Smuk bolig både inde og ude. Her får man virkelig et personligt hjem med fine detaljer som samtidig var indbydende som gæst. Meget smuk og hyggelig have som man kan fornemme bliver passet godt. Mange frugttræer og de lækreste citroner lige til at plukke til madlavningen. Super venlige værter som altid var behjælpelige. Vi manglede ikke noget. Vi vil helt klart vende tilbage.

abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza strepitosa. il luogo è paradisiaco, mai caldo, la piscina è bellissima, gli spazi esterni ampi e ben curati. Eravamo un gruppo di 19 persone e davvero c'era modo per tutti di rilassarsi in pace e tranquillità, partendo dai ragazzi che volevano fare il bagno arrivando agli adulti che invece volevano riposare. tutti avevano modo di fare ciò che preferivano senza disturbare gli altri. la cucina ampia e accessoriata di tutto il necessario. l'host è stato davvero premuroso. ci ha coccolati per tutta la settimana. ci ha saputo dare indicazioni precise sui luoghi dei dintorni e non solo. siamo stati davvero molto bene

This place is just wonderful for family holiday - the sea view is the best, the shady terrace just calls you to relax- the house itself is beautiful and functions well! Salvatore and his wife took so good care of us! If you like fresh seafood there are many nice, rustic restaurants within walking distance!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa — perfect for families! The pool is absolutely lovely and completely private, which made relaxing super easy. The villa is clean and comfortable without feeling too delicate, so we could really unwind without stressing about the kids breaking anything. Paolo was brilliant — very friendly and always quick to help with anything we needed. A great, easygoing place for a family holiday. Would definitely come back!

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. The pool was spectacular. The gardens are gorgeous, reminded us of Southern California, and filled with boganvilla, orange trees, palm trees and other beautiful foliage. The pictures don’t do justice to this home. This was the respite from a busy life we so craved. And Fabio, the host, was amazing … responsive and predictive of our every need. We strongly recommend it.

We spent a couple of days at this beautiful villa with our two children and had a truly wonderful time. The house is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family might need. The kids loved the garden and pool, while we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and cozy atmosphere. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making us feel very welcome.

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

Het verblijf was perfect. Een schitterende en rustige plek. Vanaf deze locatie was het ideaal om uitstapjes te ondernemen. De plek zelf was perfect en kwam overeen met de advertentie. DE communicatie met Corado was uitstekend. Hij reageerde snel. Er waren ook fietsen aanwezig die je kon gebruiken om naar het strand te gaan. De plek is echt een aanrader om vanuit hier Noto en Siracuse te ontdekken. Ook Avolo had een aantal leuke restaurantjes.

This is a great villa with sensational views. Well equipped and clean. The road to the villa is narrow so best for those with a modest sized vehicle but the views at the end are worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interacting with our host.

When we arrived Angelo was there to meet us, and surprised us with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. Angelo showed us around and gave us advice and information about the area. The villa was perfect, well equipped with plenty of cutlery and china even a small selection of spices, washing tablets and also dishwasher tablets. The local super market is a short walk away as is the local market and beach. We walked to the square every evening , lots of locals meeting up making a lovely atmosphere, there are lots of restaurants and friendly bars. We had a few question during the few days we were staying at the villa and Angelo answer immediately. The pool area is beautiful and well kept with plenty of beds, chairs and a couple of coffee tables too. Although we didn’t use the BBQ we did eat breakfast and lunch outside on the large table. The beds were very comfortable. All in all Angelo was an amazing host and I would have no problem recommending Villa Sara to friends a

We had an exceptional stay at House Nicasia. Giovanna was a fantastic host, and Pamela, who welcomed us, was equally friendly and helpful—both were incredibly responsive, always replying to messages within minutes. The house was spotless and immaculately maintained—it genuinely felt brand new. The garden and lawn were manicured to perfection, resembling a golf course. Inside, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high-quality mattresses and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. The pool area was another highlight: relaxing, well-equipped, and complemented by a fully functional pool house that had everything we needed. Would absolutely love to return—highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno and Julie’s house, they were so helpful and friendly. We loved that the house was very private and the garden is gorgeous. Nice big pool and they have created the rooms in a way that if you would stay here with three couples everybody has their privacy. Nice to have two terraces where you can eat so you always have shade or sun. And a lot of places where you can sit and read a book or have drinks. Full functioning kitchen, Bruno even went as far as buying me a milk foamer when I asked about it. We love love love this place!!

What a fantastic villa! Giorgio and his father were great hosts. They left us a lovely welcome gift and also came over with a farewell gift. Communication was amazing - they were very quick to respond to any questions. The villa was lovely - we spent most of our time out by the pool. The villa is a great position for exploring - we visited Ragusa, Noto, Modica, Catania and Syracuse which were all beautiful. There are three supermarkets within walking distance of the villa and it's a short walk down to Marina di Ragusa which is a lovely town with a fabulous beach. It comes alive in the evening and there are some great restaurants to choose from plus a couple of great ice cream places. We would definitely go back and stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Maria hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Der Pool ist fantastisch, auch der Poolmann war sehr herzlich und geduldig. Für uns war es ein sehr beruhigendes Gefühl, dass sich jemand so zuverlässig um den Pool kümmert!! Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, im ganzen Haus gibt es aber Klimaanlage, die bei den 32Grad Außentemperatur viel wert war.
