The house is an architectural gem with great views. The clear line and the reduction to a few materials (wood) is complemented by high-quality furniture. The upholstered furniture and textiles such as pillows and carpet, but also the pictures and books give the living room a feel-good atmosphere. An additional plus is the cleverly integrated sauna in the basement with a loggia that is not visible from the outside. We felt very comfortable in the house and would be happy to come back.

We thank Georgina for this wonderful house! Sen il Bot is very thoughtful, clear and cleanly divided, invites you to relax and enjoy! The surroundings are stunningly quiet and the views fantastic! The weather accompanies you throughout the day and the view of the clouds and the sky is pure joy.

The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

The accommodation is as described, offers everything you need and is in a very nice area where you can also go for a great walk. In addition, you have plenty of space and can quickly reach Lindau by car. Michael is very nice, helpful and a great host. We were very pleased with the place and felt very comfortable :)

We rented the place for a company event (we needed 5 bedroom). The place is easily accessible, we all had a double bed. We had mentioned we wanted to use the BBQ if the weather would allow it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the host and they had already started the fire pit for us to grill that evening. The living room and dining area was spacious and could accommodate all us of (5 adults) without problem.

The stay was perfect. Easy booking, great communication. The apartment is very nicely furnished with everything you need, there is nothing unnecessary around.. Everything is clean and well maintained. Very nice outdoor area to linger and enjoy. Great location in beautiful Montafon, uncomplicated check-out. Sarah is super nice and straightforward. We will be happy to come back :-)

Everything was great, bed was super comfortable!

We were in Italy and Austria and that was our last and favorite stop. You immediately feel at home, the amenities are a dream especially for children and the owners and family are simply saunett! Was beautiful, thank you

Lucky is incredible host so helpful, kind and sweet…. The place is like a fairytale, magical, little, cozy spot that you do not want to ever leave…. Breathtaking views, no matter what the weather like it’s still beautiful… cleanest pool, warm and cracking fire place next to the bed… just perfect spot….!!

Had a great week in Verdans and felt very comfortable in the apartment of Nicole and her husband. Amenities are great, communication totally straightforward.

Very nicely furnished new apartment. Everything was very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. With Sabrina's directions, you can easily find the apartment. With the children, there is a lot of life in the house, but it suited us.

I had a wonderful stay in Schnifis. The apartment is very nice and well equipped – nothing was really missing. The location is wonderfully quiet, with great views, and many hiking trails are within walking distance. Herbert is very friendly and the communication was pleasant and straightforward at all times. Especially nice: I was allowed to try the eggs from the chickens on site. I've never eaten such good eggs. :) All around a great stay – highly recommended!

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The apartment has some of the best views of anywhere we have stayed. Spectacular mountain scenery for relaxing in the evenings. A fantastic location to be based for hiking the Liechtenstein way for a week. All amenities you could need are provided. Bus stop 1 minute from the apartment to bring you to Vaduz with easy connections to everywhere, or Malbun in the other direction. We did not meet Sigi but she gave clear instructions and was responsive to all of our questions.

We had a wonderful holiday! The apartment is simply great: clean, very well equipped and nicely furnished. You feel very comfortable right away. The location is also really good. You can reach a lot relatively quickly by car and you can also take nice walks/hikes from the apartment. Greta is an excellent host, you can't ask for a better one. She puts so much effort into everything and takes excellent care of her guests…gives tips, thinks about excursion destinations, hikes, etc. - simply great! THANK YOU!!!

Nice apartment in serene alpine mountains. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Everything you need is available for a fair price. Driving up the windy narrow roads requires a bit of skill, but it’s absolutely worth it.

We stayed 3 nights in Simone's and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, we enjoyed the short vacation and felt comfortable in the apartment.

The apartment is great. Unfortunately, I was not well on arrival (we were only passing through on our way home) and then decided to drive home :-( Nevertheless, everyone was very sweet and understanding.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

Gabriela's place was really very clean and plenty of towels were also provided. In addition, the check-in was smooth and fast. Gabriela is a very kind host and you could always write to her if there was something with the apartment. She gave us many tips for our stay in Bregenz. There is nothing negative to say. 😊☀️
