Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. Beautiful detached half-timbered cottage with all the comforts. There is free parking in front of the door. Located in a beautiful garden near nature reserves, including the Grote Heide, the Seeen am Niederrhein and Jammerdal, near the (cycling) Pieterpad. 5 minutes from the cozy center of Venlo with its Maasboulevard and nice eateries and shops. The apartment is on the 1st floor, has its own access including stairwell.

Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

A modern bathroom area features a unique round sink atop a wooden vanity. Shelves below hold neatly stacked towels. A glass shower with a simple design is visible beside the vanity. Natural light enters through a window, enhanced by potted plants outside.

I offer a newly built double room (08.2020) with a small kitchen in the souterrain of our residential building. It can be reached via its own outside staircase. An adjoining veranda can be used for a protected outdoor stay. Next to our house I offer them a parking space for their vehicle. By the way, they can then throw the gorgeous view of the tribe mill. An opposite farm with its cows and farm shop exudes scenic flair.
