In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

A great place to stay and rest. Close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebiez with a beautiful yacht port. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable pets are welcome. The 2-room non-smoking apartment(55m2), private entrance to the upper floor of our detached house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels +bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. From Birkenstein S-Bahn (suburban train) station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.
