The apartment is in the best location, right on the Obermarkt, in the middle of the historic center of Görlitz. Everything that makes up the city is within easy and quick walking distance. The building, also known as the Napoleon House, is a real gem of the city's history: Napoleon Bonaparte himself resided here 5 times. No wonder it's immortalized in the city guide's art guide. Those who live here embark on a small art trip – a stylish adventure in a stately ambience.

The apartment

Bright and cosy apartment located in the Nysa suburb of Zgorzelec overlooking the river and the German side of the city. Nearby, you can find the Old Town Bridge (pedestrian border crossing between Zgorzelec and Görlitz). The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants and grocery shops. On top of that, the best café in Zgorzelec - Czarna Caffka is located just a few steps away from the flat. The flat is located in an old building with a staircase awaiting renovation.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

Apartment is fully equipped. As sleeping options, there is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. 1 parking space is in front of the house. Storage space for bicycles is possible on request. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The staircase is a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
