Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Beautiful old building right in the city center of Wels. 84 m² of living space, very spacious bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. In the king size bed of 200x200cm there is enough space for two people. In the living room is a sofa and a wing.
