Die stilvoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Künstlerviertel Giebichenstein unweit der Saale und des Hallenser Zoos.

In the hustle and bustle of the big city animals, in the very nearby city center, there are numerous shopping opportunities. There are also countless places for a big appetite, tropical refreshments or of course local specialties. The arena and the stadium can be reached with a 15-minute walk through the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel.

The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. Enjoy life in Leipzig at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Not far from the popular Karl Heine Straße is the cozily furnished 2-room apartment. In the bedroom, a large double bed made of organic alder wood awaits. In the living room, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. In my kitchens you can feel right at home. The apartment is suitable for short tourist stays or for longer business trips to Leipzig.
