Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Everything carefully and lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylishly and charmingly furnished, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. A contact person is available at all times. Long-term bookings are also possible, prices by appointment.

Beautifully furnished and well-equipped 44 sqm apartment in the middle of the southern suburb. Comfortable for two people, with 1.6 x 2 m queen size bed. The apartment is on the 2nd floor on a side street of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The nearest S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is a 3-minute walk, from there you can reach the city center in less than 10 minutes. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by arrangement.
