Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Combine your city trip with a little nature. A few minutes' walk away is Lake Auensee and the entrance to the almost endless Auwald for hikes, bike tours and other activities. The concert hall "Haus Auensee" is a 15-minute walk away. In the other direction, you get on the tram 150 m away and are in the city center in 20 minutes without changing trains for various sights. Supermarket and restaurants can be found within 200 m.

Certainly you can get one or the other extra from me by arrangement.:)
