Very complete house on an island with a private motorboat. All this in a beautiful area with lots of nature, where there is plenty to do for everyone. In the garden you can laze in a hammock, trampoline jump, canoe, paddle and swim from your own jetty. Nearby, you can continue hiking and biking to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht within 25 minutes by train.

Are you looking for peace and relaxation come and enjoy our cottage on the water. Our vacation home is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children The stylishly furnished cottage is a nice place to stay. The spacious jetty with canopy is a lovely place to enjoy the view over the water. There is also plenty to do in the center of Breukelen such as various shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

The little cottage was very cozy and quiet. We enjoyed eating in front of the patio door and looking into the garden. There are a few chickens there, we had a lot of fun with them. The two cats visited us from time to time, we liked that very much. Sara and Steven were very friendly and always responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you again for that. Tienhoven is a beautiful little village, we felt very comfortable there.

We felt very comfortable in Ireen's accommodation and had a great time. Irren was very attentive and totally nice. Our child especially loved the animals on the premises as well as the extra toys provided. The surroundings are very nice, you can take beautiful walks, e.g. also to Kasteel de Haar or a farm for children.

Lovely apartment, very cozy and welcoming with original decor. Everything is very classy, clean and convenient. The outdoor space on the courtyard/patio is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a supermarket close enough, as well as a bus stop to connect the train to Amsterdam. The bikes available make it possible to get to the center of Utrecht quite easily by taking a nice ride of about forty minutes.

A little paradise – our weekend on the little houseboat was simply fantastic! It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, very tasteful and at the same time cozy. A perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy nature. It is well equipped and we didn't miss anything. The pretty garden with sauna and the special jungle shower was a real highlight and made the stay overlooking the river a very special experience. The surroundings also invite you to take long walks, the place is within walking distance. Anita is a great host: so warm, likeable and helpful – we felt welcome from the first moment. The breakfast she conjured up for us was simply delicious – an absolute treat not to be missed. She gave us good tips and was always available. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend this paradise 100%!
