The house is beautiful, in the center of Maratea Vieja. A construction from the end of the 1700s with a fantastic indoor patio. Everything was working and communicating with the host was quick and easy. For large groups of people, it's a great place to go. Highly recommended!

It was as wonderful as when we visited the villa for the first time back in 2015. We had great holidays.

Enrica's house is in a beautiful location, the house is spacious and with a beautiful garden. You get to a beautiful beach down just 100 steps... a paradise! Enrica is a very attentive and caring host and also very nice... she explained everything and gave us all the necessary info for a fairytale stay! We were a group of 6 people 3 adults and 3 teenagers and the spaces were more than enough.

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

We spent a week in August at Villa Florio in Maratea and were extremely satisfied. The house is very nice, well divided and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The outdoor spaces are immersed in a well-kept green area, with a beautiful holm oak in the south. Here, you can enjoy breakfast from the sea or relax in the sun in total privacy, all accompanied by an enchanting view of the Gulf of Policastro and breathtaking sunsets. We highly recommend Villa Florio not only for the beauty and uniqueness of the place, but also for the kindness and hospitality of Maria Teresa and her partner, who made our stay even more special. Maratea and Basilicata are lovely places, and this villa is the perfect starting point to discover them.

We stayed one night in April (low season) and quiet. The house has been recently renovated and has all the comforts. The host is very kind, clear and friendly in giving all the necessary directions. We will be back

This beach house is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a big family. It is a wonderful apartment with everything we needed. The hosts are nice and helpful people and the area is beautiful with friendly people. The beach is clean and was never crowded during our summer stay in July. Perfect holiday!

A pleasant place due to its proximity to extremely attractive sea places. Two cheap restaurants with great Calabrian cuisine.

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Thank you for being so attentive and responsive to all our questions, Nicola. Our time was perfect.

The best part of this home is the breathtaking view from the huge lower terrace and the upper terrace. This is an amazing home - perfect for two families with a full kitchen and a full bath on each level. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of closet space. Alessandro and his brother were so gracious and left a large basket of pasta, sauce, cheese and other goodies for us to enjoy. We were lucky enough to be there when the oranges on the trees were ripe and we asked if we could pick some. Fresh OJ every morning!

Gianbo’s place was absolutely stunning! Everything was clean and tidy. The view was spectacular and only minutes from the beach! 100% would recommend staying here!

This was a slice of heaven! Relax in the private pool or take a taxi to Il Merto beach! Or the closer, Fiumicello beach. Both wonderful …. Il Merto was a more beautiful setting - get a reservation at each before you go. The grocery was a short walk down and to the right for supplies and city center up is also great for restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and had many meals on the patio with a grand sunset.

This was a FANTASTIC stay - one of the best we have every had! The entire house was roomy, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The outdoor living area was beautiful and the sunset view simply stunning! Michele is an equally wonderful host! Although we never had the opportunity to meet in person, I feel we know each other as if we had. He was immediately responsive, both well before our arrival in response to any questions we had and throughout our stay when we had a question. He was very generous with personal recommendations for dining and "excursions", many of which we followed. With so many beautiful places to see and stay in our world, this is one to which we are absolutely coming back! Great location, beautiful home and a very gracious host! Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!
