The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La struttura è composta da un bilocale, ben arredato e composto da camera da letto (letto matrimoniale e divano letto 1 piazza) cucina, bagno e uno spazio per mangiare all’aperto. La struttura si trova in una porzione di villa rusticacircondata dal verde.

Dalla camera con balcone si gode la vista del mare del Golfo di Procchio e la spiaggia dista solo 3 minuti a piedi. E' adatta in ogni stagione grazie ai condizionatori. Il paese più vicino è Procchio e si raggiunge in macchina in 5 minuti oppure a piedi in 15 minuti.
