Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Scaglieri

La casa di Chiara si trova in una posizione a dir poco ottima. Parcheggio privato, ampio spazio all’aperto privato, cucina attrezzata e anche un piccolo barbecue all’esterno. 2 minuti a piedi per la spiaggia Padulella e 2 minuti a piedi per la spiaggia di Capo Bianco (che in stagione è impossibile parcheggiare). Inoltre Chiara è stata molto gentile anche dopo il check-out. Consiglio vivamente.

Das Monolocale ist zentral gelegen mit einem kleinen Balkon und Aussicht auf das historische Hafenbecken. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Besichtigung der Altstadt und Genuss der lokale Küche. Die zeitgemäss eingerichtete Wohnung ist praktisch und zweckmässig. Es fehlt an nichts. Die sanitären Anlagen, etc. und Internet funktionieren einwandfrei. Für Strandgänger ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Parkplatzmöglichkeit unweit der Unterkunft. Das Monolocale liegt in/unweit der "zona di traffico limitato (ZTL)". Wir wurden freundlicherweise bis vor die Wohnung begleitet. Die Kommunikation mit der Tesi Viaggi (Sig.a Antonella und ihren Stellvertreterinnen) war immer einfach und schnell. Ein Aufenthalt im Monolocale kann ich nur empfehlen. Mai 2025

Appartamento nuovissimo, silenzioso anche se nel pieno centro del paese, ottimamente tenuto, pulitissimo, con ambienti spaziosi e piacevolmente vivibili, arredato ed attrezzato con tutti i confort di una casa in cui vivere e anche di più. Dotato inoltre di tutti gli essenziali per la cucina , per il bagno, biancheria per il letto (che abbiamo trovato già fatto), trapunte nuove estive e invernali, materasso e cuscini comodissimi biancheria per il bagno tutto di ottima qualità. Gli host, gentilissimi, ci hanno inoltre aiutati con i bagagli. Siamo stati benissimo. Super super consigliato!

Appartamento molto carino dotato di tutto e molto comodo per spostarsi tra il mare, le terme e i siti d’interesse storico-artistico. Parcheggio in strada o in area adibita senza particolari problemi e nei pressi. Tutte le comodità molto vicine per qualsiasi esigenza, supermercato compreso. Mi sono sentita come a casa mia, non mancava proprio niente in più l’host Anna era davvero veloce e disponibile e ci ha dato consigli molto utili. La nostra permanenza purtroppo è stata breve ma confido di tornare, se potrò.

Mit Francesca habe ich per Telefon vor unserer Ankunft kommuniziert (sehr freundlich und sympathisch). Empfangen vorm Haus hat uns wie abgesprochen Silvano. Er ist ein super netter Gastgeber!! Sogar beim Kofferschleppen hat er uns freiwillig geholfen. Danach hat es uns extra eine neue Kaffemaschine gekauft mit neu passenden Kapseln😄, weil die andere leider nicht funktioniert hat. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich!!! Er hat sich so viel Mühe gegeben und Zeit genommen damit wir uns in der Wohnung wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön!!!! Sehr groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Für meine Familie ein Traum ( vor allem für unsere beiden Teenagern die ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad hatten😅!! ) . Auch die kostenlose Nutzung der Waschmaschine ( sogar Waschpods vorhanden) und Trockner auf dem Balkon ein Luxus! Wir haben in dieser Wohnung und Pombione unsere Batterien aufgeladen und richtig erholt. Strand Barrati der beste! Dankeee an Silvano & Francesca❤️

This is a really magical place. The view, the atmosphere etc. everything very special. I haven’t slept so well in a long while, such a calming and restoring energy. Amazing also for kids to play safely in the castle. We will come back for sure! Thank you for the great stay.

Skøn lejlighed beliggende på bjergtoppen med udsigt over Porto Azzurro. Mange dejlige terrasser og kroge til at sidde og ligge på. Følg endelig den vejledende tegning for vejvisning, da det er den eneste vej op. Og vær klar på smal vej med eventuel modkørende. Eneste lille øv, er at affald skal man selv bortskaffe 1 km væk nede i byen. Men når det er lært, så går det også! Ernastine er meget vidende om Elba og giver gerne ud af din viden. Vi havde 7 fantastiske dage på Elba med masser af oplevelser i både natur, strand og by.

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt um ein paar ruhige Tage auf Elba zu genießen! Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf‘s Meer & 2 Minuten vom Strand (mit Lokal) entfernt. Portoferraio Hafen ist auch einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommunikation zu den Hosts war problemlos und sehr flexibel. In der Wohnung war alles perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft verbringen!

Mara und Massimiliano sind Gastgeber, wie man sie sich nur wünschen kann. Sehr freundlich, flexibel, immer für Fragen bereit, geben sehr gute Ratschläge für die Erkundung der Gegend und gute Lokalitäten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt (eigentlich sogar noch besser 😃). Das Haus ist sehr schön und perfekt gelegen. Zu Fuß in die Stadt- kein Problem, Bars und Restaurants um die Ecke, Strand direkt vor der Haustür und zudem noch eine wunderbare Terasse mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer. Was will man mehr?! Posto stupendo e tranquillo, con una visuale meravigliosa su Castagneto Carducci e il mare. Ci si trova nel verde del bosco, infatti per arrivare si deve fare un tratto di strada sterrata: nulla di particolarmente difficile visto che anche con una 500 non abbiamo avuto problemi. La camera era ordinata e pulita, dotata di svariati comfort rimanendo comunque semplice. Gli host sono stati sempre gentili e sorridenti, e anche disponibili e reattivi nel risolvere al volo piccoli inconvenienti. Il nostro soggiorno è stato all’insegna della tranquillità e del relax, grazie mille!

We loved our stay! The property is exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. Andrea was very accommodating and responsive. We had one small issue and he was quick to respond and helped us get it resolved. The quality of the finishings in the space and the view make it the perfect peaceful retreat. I could not recommend this listing enough!

The house is perfect if you want to get away, disconnect, enjoy the countryside and recharge your batteries. You immediately feel at home. If it's hot then the garden is an oasis of peace and quiet - and eating breakfast and dinner on the terrace is so relaxing. The beach is 5 minutes by car, and the little town of San Vincenzo has great restaurants, local food shops and some lovely boutiques . If you want to explore further then there are beautiful medieval Tuscan villages in the hills. The weather during our stay was not hot most of the time - but it's still warm enough even at the end of September to eat breakfast lunch and dinner outside. The house has everything you need - and the wifi ( should you have to connect!) is excellent. All in all a beautiful home from home in a wonderful setting - and Luisa has thought of everything you need in regard to instructions and furninshings/equipment. We will be back!

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Seccheto gelegen - praktisch mit eigenem Parkplatz, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren zum 2x dort.

Tutto come descritto, ottimo anche il ristorante all'interno del residence, complimenti al cuoco! Personale simpatico e disponibile.

L'appartamento di Maria è semplicemente stupendo! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, è accogliente, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario, i due bagni sono spaziosi e veramente molto belli, così come la cucina molto funzionale, impeccabile! Il salottino poi è grazioso e luminoso, si affaccia sull'ampio terrazzo che ha una doccia calda esterna, fantastico!! Le camere sono grandi, i letti davvero comodi, in ogni camera e nel salotto c'è una smart TV, la rete WiFi è ottima, il condizionatore funziona perfettamente, la casa è silenziosa, regna la pace ... cosa dire di più, non avremmo mai potuto chiedere di meglio! Inoltre siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla bellezza della zona, non eravamo mai stai a Bagnaia ed è un vero gioiellino dell'Elba, si raggiungono velocemente tutte le spiagge più belle dell'isola e ci sono tantissimi servizi nelle vicinanze. È stata una vacanza memorabile, anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Maria che è sempre stata prontissima per ogni nostra necessità. Un grazie di cuore, non vediamo l'ora di tornare !! Wir waren Familie mit 5 Kinder. Wohnung für uns top, wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet, für den Preis war super. Gastgeber war sehr nett. Dankeschön. Haus war sehr ruhig. Piombino schöne Stadt, sehr gute Pizza und richtig leckeres Eis.

Soggiorno a Punta Ala stupendo, l’appartamento era come da descrizione: funzionale, rinnovato con gusto e a pochi gradini dal porto di Punta Ala, in un contesto residenziale davvero tranquillo e ben tenuto. La veranda era davvero godibile. Lucia è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni caso. È stato davvero un piacere, speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo.
