Located on 1.5 acres surrounded by a mixture of hardwood and evergreen forest, adjacent to the Woodlands Resort on Plum Lake. In the winter, you have direct access to the nearly 80 miles of groomed snowmobile trails maintained by the Sayner Barnstormers snowmobile club, via Woodlands Resort and accessing the trail system on Plum Lake. Plum Lake is 1000 acre, full recreational lake in Vilas County. Our tiny house is not on water but has 22' of sandy beach, lake access a short walk away.

The cabin is located very close to the heart of Eagle River, yet secluded enough to enjoy your nightly bonfire in the back with no one in sight! The #5 Snowmobile/ATV trail runs across the front of the property along Hwy 51 and we are surrounded by many area lakes and the Northern Highland State Forest.

Condo on Plum Lake

We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.

There are two public boat landings and Eagle Lake Park within 1.5 miles and is also located on the snowmobile and atv/ utv trail.
