The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 square meters on a total of two levels with open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with fantastic location and private boat dock. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available free of charge on the 55" UHD SmartTV. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-seater kayak.

The lovingly developed circus wagon offers you a super cozy retreat in the middle of nature - and in every season. Enjoy sunsets in the neighborhood of our sheep, or make yourself comfortable by the fire. The mobile tiny house has an oven, electricity and water connection, a private guest bathroom in the main house and is suitable for max. 3 pers. plus infant.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

Harzspecht

Good location for trips to the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Ilsenburg, Wolfenbüttel, Bad Harzburg can be reached within half an hour. Braunschweig is also only 40 minutes away. Osterwieck itself has a very wonderful old town with over 400 half-timbered houses. We are also called the pearl of Saxony-Anhalt. The city is now 1050 years old and is located on the Romanesque Road and on the Via Romea pilgrimage route

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel bike path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Welcome to our tiny house on Sundhäuser lake in Nordhausen ! On 30m2 there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is available in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. Furthermore, there is the possibility of a cot and a high chair. Sup and canoe can be rented on site.

Enjoy a relaxing time just an hour from Berlin on the edge of a small village, right next to the nature reserve. During the day, you can explore nature by bike or on foot or visit cities such as Neuruppin and Rheinsberg. The well-known "Storchendorf" Linum is the neighboring village. Sauna and fireplace evenings or the quiet terrace and the idyllic garden complete a day in nature.
