Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir la région, à la fois calme, fonctionnel et impeccablement propre. Guillaume est un hôte sympathique, accueillant et très agréable, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus plaisante. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

Villa Pernette was a great stop on our trip through France! Really beautiful home with breathtaking views from every window! The location was also great, a bit quieter town but yet lots of recreational options near by and great for easy biking from the house. Oliver and Jacqueline were super attentive, accommodating and just all around nice people. We really enjoyed them! One thing to note, is it sits right on the street so you do hear traffic and we were there at the beginning of the busy season so it wasn't too bad but I can imagine it gets pretty loud when you are outside. On the inside it is really quiet. They have great A/C in all the rooms. Also, crossing the street can feel a bit dangerous at times because for some reason the speed limit increases right there so cars can be going pretty fast. Just something to think of with children. However, once you are by the water the beauty outweighs it all. They really have one of the best spots on the water in that area!

J’ai passé un week-end dans le logement de Sylvain . Il est au calme sans vis à vis . Le logement est rénové avec goût. L’endroit est aussi bien équipé. La vue du logement est génial . Un très bel endroit pour se ressourcer / passer un séjour au calme .

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Nous avons passez un week-end entre filles inoubliable dans le Granges à Roger. Ce logement a été un petit havre de paix. Intérieur très classe avec une literie confortable la Clim qui fait toute don importance avec la chaleur que nous avons eu et un extérieur avec piscine spa et terrain de pétanque que nous avons adoré. Nous avons rencontré un souci avec la cafetière qui a été résolu très rapidement grâce a notre hôte accueillante et au petit soin pour nous encore merci

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La maison a tout ce qui faut et la deco est top. On s'y sent bien... Merci à nos 2 hôtes qui ont été très accueillant et gentils avec nous

Très bel emplacement, avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue, comme l'aménagement du chalet, alors que nous y avons passé les vacances de Noël, en grande partie a l'intérieur.

Très bon séjour : hôtes accueillants, cadre paisible logement très propre et bien organisé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Merci à Charlotte et Ludovic pour ce week-end !

Logement est conforme à la description et même encore mieux que sur les photos. La literie est très bonne tout est très propre et bien rénové. Le logement est aussi adapté aux enfants. Merci à nos hôtes pour l’attention particulière, avec la chaleur Jacques et Frédérique nous ont fourni un ventilateur. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement.

We loved our stay at Veronique's place. Felt like our own home with lots to read and games for rainy days. Kitchen is very well stocked and we did not miss anything. We would come back any time. It is a short but steep walk from city center, but if you are in good health it helps work off all the delicious Gelato found all over town!

Tout était parfait. Logement cosy et très propre. Superbe localisation pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Merci à Laure pour son accueil et sa sympathie. Nous reviendrons avec nos vélos pour un tour du lac.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Arcs 1600. Le domaine skiable est immense et magnifique. Le logement proposé par Florent était impeccable, confortable, bien agencé et correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est sublime. Le livret d'accueil envoyé par notre hôte nous a été trés utile. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Dominique. Florent et Dominique sont très accueillants et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

Super séjour avec une vue incroyable depuis le balcon ! L’appartement est très bien situé (facile d’accès), dans un bel environnement apaisant, offrant de belle promenades à pied. À quelques minutes du belvédère de la Chambotte, idéal pour admirer un coucher de soleil spectaculaire. Parfait pour deux personnes, l’appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire, avec quelques petits plus appréciables ! Un grand merci à l’hôte, qui est à l’écoute, réactif et flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande à 100 % !

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! WOW! What a place to stay! Eric was amazing with his communication right throughout - thanks for the flexible check-in/check out times to match our travels by bus. Eric’s place is superbly located right in the middle of everything, so useful for walking to and from all the tourist destinations, being able to come and go easily between times, as well as the Chamonix Mont Blanc station which is free to travel up and down the train line with the guest card provided, close to the supermarkets and mini markets, not to mention just to soak up the vibe of Chamonix. And yes view from the windows right out onto the mountains is breath taking. They all open right out which was lovely when we arrived to 33 deg temps. Amenities were superb, Eric is very generous with coffee, bathroom supplies etc. Washing machine/dryer was very handy - and the shower had the most amazing pressure. Relaxing in the bath after coming back from a walk one day was heavenly. Thanks Eric for sharing your place.
