Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Our villa, Kyo-Alpe, was built in 2024, located at Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles. The accommodation has a private indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, and a sauna, allowing you to relax in a Zen atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior decor adds a touch of elegance and originality. Come and discover the splendor of the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We're thrilled to introduce you to L'Oasis Urbaine Appart & Spa. Perfect place to relax and spend a night (or more) in a real haven of sweetness. Ideally located, in a pedestrian area, near the historic center, this 115 m² space will ensure tranquility and discretion. Close to the city's main entertainment venues (restaurant, nightclub, pub, cinema...) come and end the night by lounging in premium bedding (180*200) or enjoy the spa.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome within our small farm dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults.
