A very cozy cottage with a charming garden. A nice base to reach Paris by public transportation. Highly recommend!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place close to Paris but that was sufficiently different from Paris. Mike's place was perfectly conducive to relaxation. It is faithful to the photos and above all it is more spacious than you imagine. I was skeptical about the apartment being a basement apartment and we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment remains warm, well-lit, well-decorated and above all not humid compared to other basement apartments. Very clean with all amenities!! High-tech amenities clearly make a difference too. Mike was very responsive and kind to us. I would highly recommend it for a moment of disconnection and relaxation. Regarding the city, there are a lot of shops nearby and restaurants. Beautiful green space too.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

We had a great time at Christine and Laurent's. From check-in to check-out, the host is available if needed and privacy for the pool and spa. Very quiet and relaxing environment. We'll be happy to go back!

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Carole is very attentive to these hosts. We were able to arrange the arrival time because we live quite far away. There were 7 of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. We regret not being able to visit the entire city, so we will surely come back and rent this apartment again :) Thanks again

We felt quite well in Cahtherine and Christophe’s apartment! It is very close to a lot of bouldering circuits and they even let us lend two crash pads! It had all needed things to relax after a day of bouldering and get ready with a nice breakfast in the garden before!

Christine’s place is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Palace of Versailles and surrounded by many great restaurants. The apartment itself was wonderful: spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished (with some antiques). The beds were very comfortable, the linens were crisp and fresh, and the whole space felt like home from the moment we arrived. It’s in a quiet area, yet close to everything. The shower was excellent, and we really appreciated having an elevator in the building, especially with our luggage. Parking our rental car in the nearby covered garage was a big plus. Christine’s daughter, Caroline, greeted us and was absolutely lovely—prompt, welcoming, and full of helpful information. We visited Versailles during the day and returned for the fountain and fireworks show at night. Both times we walked and felt very safe. I highly recommend Christine’s place Tip: Don’t miss the crepes at Crêperie des 2 Portes and Aux Merveilleux de Fred.

Everything is great👍. Super central, quiet and large apartment in Paris. There is everything you need in the immediate vicinity. Various restaurants, bars, shopping, market hall, bakery, etc. all available. Fred is a likeable and proactive host. We can fully recommend Fred and his apartment 👍

We had a nice weekend at Florence’s place. Very cozy and comfortable. The small terrace/backyard is so nice and rare to have. Thankful she is open for dogs to stay at her place. Would recommend!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

The apartment is as described. A 10-minute walk to CC Val D'europe and RER. Good base for visiting Paris and Disney. Ideal apartment for 3/4 people maximum, it has a small kitchen with enough kitchenware. Very comfortable main bed and suitable sofa bed. Heated pool, although cool😅. Clear instructions for self check-in. Very clean apartment, it smells great when you enter and it is located in a very quiet and residential area. Upon arrival we had coffee and tea capsules for our 1st breakfast, thank you!

We had a lovely peaceful weekend at Severine's. The accommodation is very clean and well decorated. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool, in peace. A real favorite for Milly la forêt center, a 10-minute walk from the property. Séverine was able to share some good advice with us. Thanks again and hope to talk to you soon for sure 🙂

I had a lovely stay at this place in the middle of the forest. It's ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the calm. Accommodation is as described, clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The environment is nice, with beautiful outdoor spaces to relax. The hosts are welcoming and discreet, which allows you to fully enjoy the place with peace of mind. A good place for those looking for a bit of rest and nature.

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very nice, thoughtful and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, the machine not being in the accommodation. When we arrived, fresh orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate touch! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 min from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the nice surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We would recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!
