Great stay. Cute! We had a nice time celebrating our sons 11th b day! Nice amenities provided, which is really appreciated. Nice toilet paper too! Loved the pool. We figured it’s pretty much new! It’s deep too. Not sure how deep it was. Would stay again. Beds were comfortable too!

Easily accessible to both Tybee island and Downtown Savannah. A quick 5 min drive to grocery stores as well. Host did an amazing job of making our trip stress free.

Location - about 15 minutes by car to historic Savannah and also about 15 minutes to Tybee Island, so it is easy to navigate or use Uber/Lyft. We walked daily in the cute, safe neighborhood. We also walked to and through the Wildlife Reserve just two streets down from the house. Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Charcoal grill and seating for outdoor meals! Plenty of lounge chairs poolside. Also two loveseats and two chairs under shade (which was perfect for the 7 week old with us). Plenty of pots/pans/utensils/storage containers. Also olive oil and basic spices made cooking so much easier than if we would have had to buy those only to use small amounts. Private back yard in a quiet neighborhood. House has lots of space to spread out!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful location, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home makes great use of the space, but third floor stairs to two of the bedrooms (both queen beds) are pretty steep. Just a thought to keep in mind if any of your guests have mobility issues. We were fine, but my mom (75) couldn’t climb them so she stayed on second floor.

We loved Stefanie’s home for my sister’s bachelorette- even better in person than in the pics! We had plenty of room for 7 women, and the location was walkable to Forsyth park and a quick easy Lyft ride to river street. Convenient to get to everything quickly but also provided some privacy and quiet. Stefanie’s detailed instructions and thoughtful touches helped so much from parking to decorating, all coming together for a great weekend!

I had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and located in a great neighborhood. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic stay as our group of 8! Brandon & Chase were very responsive to all of our questions. The house is gorgeous with lots of space to stretch out, even with a bigger group. Highly recommend!

Ann's place was perfect for a family group during SCAD graduation. There was plenty of space for 8 adults. We loved the walkability to Forsyth Park. We also walked to Broughton and River Street, which was only 20 minutes away. The house was on a peaceful street, was tastefully decorated, and had a fully stocked kitchen. Having 1 parking space in the back was convenient, but there was plenty of parking space on the street for everyone. We would definitely stay here again if we do a big group visit to Savannah.

The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

The townhouse provided the right amount of space, comfort, and amenities for our family during our son’s wedding weekend. It gives perfect Old Savannah vibes in a newer build. Being able to walk to everything from rehersal diner to ceremony, reception, and beyond made life easier for the weekend.

Lisa's home is lovely and huge. It was spotless and so comfortable. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Beds are comfortable and the linens are soft. Water pressure is good, too. There's plenty of space to spread out and have quiet time, if you need that when you stay with family. The back yard is lovely, and the front porch is a great space to hang out. Just a tip...there is a drip coffee maker, but no grinder, so buy ground coffee. There is also Keurig. The a/c works really well in all the rooms, and there are ceiling fans and box fans in the closet. Also, lots of extra pillows and plenty of towels. The washer and dryer work really well and are large capacity. Lisa is a phenomenal host, and I don't say that lightly. She is communicative and very clear with instructions, so you know what is expected and how to find everything. Lisa gives great recommendations for places to visit in Savannah. Couldn't ask for a better host!

Our stay at Amanda's place was great. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The island is beautiful and it is minutes from downtown Savannah. I like that they are local and if anything arises she respond within a reasonable time. I will stay there again. Thank you Amanda

The house was amazing!!! Great contact between the owner and our group. It was perfect for our 8 person vacation. I would stay here again without a doubt!!! Far enough away from town to be peaceful and close enough to bike ride in everyday for fun. You wont regret booking it!

Close to stores and easy travel between Savannah and Tybee Island. Has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. A top choice for my family. We will be back when going to this region. Cute and clean home close to both downtown and the beach! Felt very spacious for our group of 10 and the price was unbeatable. Appreciated their detailed guidebook of recommendations, as we checked out a few of those spots and loved them! Jill was excellent at communicating throughout the weekend and was eager to help, respond, and answer questions promptly. Will definitely book again the next time we visit Savannah!

Patrick’s home is warm and inviting. Great space for a big family. Nice big back yard for entertaining each other and children. Great home overall very clean and welcoming.

This beautiful home was perfect for our graduation celebration. There was plenty of room for the entire family to stay and the fenced-in backyard was a great feature when it was time for our Pomeranian to "take care of business". The house was very clean and well stocked with anything that we needed for our stay. Stephanie was very responsive to any questions we had and was a delightful host.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained—exactly what we were hoping for. It was the perfect in-between location to enjoy both the fun of downtown Savannah nightlife and the relaxation of Tybee Island during the day. Our group of 9 had more than enough space to spread out and feel at home. The layout was great for spending time together, but also allowed for privacy when needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we’d love to come back again!
