The apartment is ideally located in the center of Avallon and also overlooks a pretty interior garden: calm and greenery are therefore waiting for you in this little cocoon decorated with taste and originality! The surroundings offer pleasant walks in beautiful landscapes and the pleasure of the taste buds is ensured thanks to the good places recommended by Louise-Marie. 😊 Very nice discovery!

A clean, tidy space with all the necessary equipment. It is renovated with care and taste. It matches the information. It's nice to stay there. Close to a playground for kids. Pleasant and responsive host. We recommend it without hesitation!

The cottage is very atmospheric with its historic natural stone floor, natural stone staircase, ceiling beams, etc., a journey through time, yet at the same time with extremely tasteful current furniture and equipment ripe for "beautiful living". Details such as kitchen equipment – cookware and sharp knives in good quality – prevent typical travel makeshift situations from arising in the first place. Naomi is helpful and communicative, as an English native speaker also for international audiences who have difficulty with French. Not only we, but also our two dogs felt very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay in Avallon. The cottage is clean and always cool even when it's hot this summer. Gabrielle welcomed us, she is discreet but always responsive and attentive to our feedback and questions. The delivery of bread and pastries in the morning was really a very nice discovery. The outdoor space is nice to hang out, read, chat... We had a good holiday there even though we weren't able to visit everything we wanted (a lot to see in this area).
