Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sauvian

We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

This is definitely one of the nicest homes I've ever been to. The experience has been impeccable. Ghislaine very kindly welcomed us, we felt very welcome! We would repeat without a second thought!

Ideal home for family vacations! Very well equipped for kids and grown-ups alike, nice decor, bright house with spaces suitable for 10/12 people. Pleasant exteriors with space. Beautiful view of the pond and the surroundings (splendid sunsets!) Safety at the pool which is completely separate but nevertheless a little cold (due to: cold wind and capricious weather) Recommended!

We are delighted with the stay we have just had at Martine's. She welcomed us with great kindness and adapted to our schedule. The accommodation is very nice, extremely clean, quiet and very well located. I have no other word than PERFECT! The bedding is good, the bed linen is soft and smells very good. The rooms are very dark at night and conducive to a very good sleep. All amenities are brand new and the entire accommodation is very well maintained. The dishes are impeccable. Only small downside that is well mentioned in the description and that made us hesitate: the lack of wifi for remote work but we took a portable relay and everything was perfect. Really recommend!!! In one word, perfect as always

Corinne is a responsive and pleasant host, the house is spacious and clean, well equipped, the garden is fenced. A small crossroads market is within a 5-minute walk (ideal for last-minute forgetfulness), the Vendres ponds within a 15-minute walk (be careful a nice climb is on the course but easily achievable) Corinne warned us that the house was available before the scheduled time, super nice because we were in advance, and finally thank you so much for the little touches. I highly recommend this listing

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Accommodation is as described, the heated pool is a real plus. Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy with friends or family

This is a beautiful, old, typically French Domaine. The outside space is especially beautiful with a large gravelled area, perfect for outside living. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to feed us all. The tortoises were lovely, our nearly two year old granddaughter loved them. We also loved the pool. Jacqueline lives next door and was very helpful, luckily we had a French speaker with us to help. Martin is always available via messages to help too. Very well situated for a quick drive to the supermarket, local towns and the general area.

Absolutely lovely apartment right on the seafront! We were very lucky with our find! Always responsive and even let us check out later as no one was coming in that day which made a huge difference to our last day!

Very well-equipped accommodation, nothing missing, from linens to kitchen utensils or media corner, everything is available. Air conditioning/heating is a plus as is the well-positioned terrace. The accommodation offered by Julien and Laetitia is very clean, spacious and perfectly arranged. We had a great time and would recommend. Will and Angelique.

I am delighted to have been able to spend a few days in Valras, the weather was great and the accommodation was great. The person who rents is really very friendly, if I have to come back, I will think of you first. Everything is close to the accommodation for walking, restaurant, casino, beach... it's great. I recommend it.

We had a great time, the residence is in a very good location and of great standing. We enjoyed the view and the small details similar to a hotel. I recommend Valrasloc and especially Lisa who hosted us very warmly.

The place is idyllically and quietly located in the old town. Nevertheless, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The bus stop was nearby and the bike rental was right around the corner. Everything was great!

The stay at Pierre-Marie's went very well! The instructions were clear, the accommodation was really complete and the environment is ideal with direct access to the sea. I would recommend this city and this accommodation without hesitation!
