Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Very nice, well-lit apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was gloomy! It was convenient). Easy to park nearby in April. Well-equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The spare key is always appreciated in the absence of a key box. Very nice host.

An excellent base. Stunning views and very comfortable for two and a small dog. The location and surrounding area are beautiful and a great village centre.

Great stay. Very good hospitality. Impeccable accommodation and perfectly suitable for traveling with a dog. Friendly little exterior. The sea 50 meters away is a big plus.

Carle took care of us by making sure to keep the studio cool for our arrival. Functional studio with a terrace for lunch with sea views. We had a nice weekend between walking and swimming.

A great weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt right at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the comforts you need and very clean. Very nice terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike trails, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will return to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

Great accommodation, matches the photos well, clean and spacious. Enough to enjoy both the large spaces inside and also outside. Marie Claude is very friendly, accommodating and with good tips for visiting the area. Recommended.

Great stay in this amazing house, in a great location.

We were with four adults and two children for a week in Le Carrelet and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice, large and open. Nevertheless, everyone also has their privacy. The children played a lot in the garden, were in the pool or outside on the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and stylish. The location is nice, very close to the beach. However, it is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car to the center of Fouras. For restaurants or the baker, you have to take this route. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions, such as to La Rochelle. Even on days with bad weather, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the house. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.

A real feast for the eyes, and pure relaxation. The apartment has an extraordinary ocean view, and Faucillons Beach is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, absolutely nothing is missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities are a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is very relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge was very efficient and very professional for check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

A very beautiful, very well maintained, peaceful Airbnb and all amenities within walking distance, covered market 200 m away, Super U and the beach. I would highly recommend it.

Really beautiful location in a quiet area, direcly at the ocean, would definitely recomand, we spent a lovely time there!

Very well equipped cottage with a large garden very well fenced which is perfect with a dog. The accommodation is perfectly located to visit the main sites of the area. Roselyne was very clear in the explanations and very friendly. I would recommend this place and we'll be back with pleasure.
