You'll love my house because of: the fireplace, the new kitchen with dishwasher, the beautiful wild romantic garden, the rushing stream, Grander water, the tranquility, the loving decor and many comfortable sleeping options. Perfect for up to 2 couples & families with kids.

Parking is available in front of the house. The well-kept garden with Hollywood swing and beach chair invites you to linger and relax. On request, we will put fresh buns in front of the apartment door every morning on request.

The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

High ceilings, proximity to the sea, the charm of the lively market square and a large roof terrace make the apartment unique in Sassnitz. According to the motto: "Is it a bit of a bit?" is everything a little more generous here. In addition to a very large and one normal bedroom (each with double bed), a large living room with two couches is available.

Fantastic sea view + sauna - Fürstenhof App 302

Our apartment 302 is located on the 3rd floor of the majestic Fürstenhof in Sassnitz. The large balcony faces south and from here you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the Baltic Sea and the passing ship traffic. There are numerous cafes and restaurants just a few steps from the apartment. Not far from the Fürstenhof begins the Jasmund National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with numerous hiking trails through the wonderful nature reserve.

The entrance to the home features a stone pathway leading up to a stylish entry with large windows. Flowering plants in decorative pots and well-maintained greenery flank the steps, creating a welcoming approach. Natural light brightens the facade, complemented by a tiled roof.
