We were six old school friends and had a great time in the designer villa Am Haff. The house has plenty of room for everyone, is super clean and stylishly arranged. We especially enjoyed the large garden for sports and the wellness area with sauna and hot tub. The weather also played a role. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. Overall, great all around.

There were five of us in the family and everyone got their money's worth. Everything was super clean and smelled of freshly washed laundry in the bedrooms... the bathroom with the sauna was my favorite place... really awesome. Great kitchen where you had fun cooking together. To the beach about 15 minutes but very close to the Batur to the lake. Huer could go jogging wonderfully or with the dog. Highly recommended... we will definitely come back...

The house invites you to feel good, we had a real “home” feeling. Happily again! Beautiful bedrooms, large windows, great bathroom, large garden, clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen. In fact, I only missed a knife block, otherwise great & as described. The reception was very friendly. The gardens are open, which is especially nice when families with children are present. The kids were able to play wonderfully together. By bike, fantastic places are easy to reach, beaches and attractions nearby. ...and so much more... In any case, we will gladly recommend Stephan, as a friendly, interested and pleasant host & the thatched roof villa. Kind regards, Lisa, Maxim and Sonja

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

Beautiful place and very friendly host. It's really worth a few days there. A parking spot under the house. A large terrace with a beautiful view of the fields. A large living room connected to a very well-equipped kitchen. We were exploring the area on bikes. A great base for exploring the island of Usedom. And in the windows of the net, so you shouldn't be afraid of insects. We recommend

The place is fully equipped and there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the attention to detail as well as the tasteful furnishings with an artistic personal touch. The large garden offers an opportunity to relax or can be used by children as a playground. The rooms are large with enough storage space for the items you bring with you. Shopping facilities are located in the village of Zinnowitz. By bike you can explore the area wonderfully or relax (10 minutes walk) on the beach. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in this house! The house was clean, modern and perfectly equipped. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt at home. We had a wheelchair user, a grandma and a baby with us and the conditions were perfect for everyone. The location was great, we could reach everything by car. We enjoyed Jens's house very much. It is very bright, modern and quiet. There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We greatly enjoyed our weekend there. Within walking distance you are on the beach. Perfect for a morning or evening walk. In a few minutes drive you can reach Stralsund with all its amenities. Jens is very friendly, gives excursion tips and was quick to respond to messages.

We were allowed to spend a wonderful holiday week in the beautiful house. The images shown are 100% true. The house is modernly equipped and is really fun to spend your vacation there. The landlord is also very nice. We were always in good contact with each other.
