Garvit is an amazing host. He goes out of his way to make your stay memorable, and that is also reflected in the design of the house. The house is clean, tidy and ticks every bare minimum check points. What sets it apart is- every amenity is documented which makes the home approachable and easy to use. The decor is utilitarian and yet makes you feel right at home. The house lives up to the promise of providing a conducive environment for a workcation. The location of the house is based in a remote locality with close access to the beach. The beach is clean and typically not very crowded.

Loved the location. This property consists of 7 villas enclosed in a gated community. This gives you the feeling of being secluded from civilisation while still being close to most of the beaches and restaurants. The best thing about this place for me were the farm animals they have on the property. There was a dog that would always accompany us to our villa whenever we came back late. He would sit on the porch making sure we got in safe and would only leave when we would lock our door. There was a bit of an issue with the air conditioning when we reached the villa. But thanks to Rina aunty (the caretaker) it was handled very swiftly! So to summarise this is a great place to chill away from the usual hustle bustle of Goa and still be close enough to go back to it if you start missing other people! Would love to visit again during our next trip!

An Idyllic Escape in South Goa – Absolutely Perfect! Our latest holiday at Jordan's villa in Arossim was truly magical, and we can't possibly recommend it enough. Right from the time of booking, communication with Jordan was superb – timely, concise, and very helpful, making arrival absolutely hassle-free. The villa itself is a gem. Situated in a secluded, green pocket of South Goa, it provided the ideal combination of peacefulness and proximity to the surrounding beaches. All the 5 bedrooms were tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The expansive garden, intimate balcony was the standout. Jordan has made a villa but provided amenity and feel of an luxurious hotel. If you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay this villa is the place to be. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Rating: 5/5 Stars Would highly recommend!

Paradise Palms was an amazing place to live. The house was spotless and clean. We had planned to cook most days, the kitchen had all utensils one needs and hence we had no trouble. Ally was very helpful and responsive. With regards to nearby locations, you must have a bike handy because there are no taxis and Goa Miles keep you hanging. Private taxis are super expensive and mostly do not negotiate prices. Overall we had a relaxing and restful vacation!
