Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. The enchanting terrace overlooks the sea, high above the seaside village. Easily accessible from both parking lots as well as the train station, just minutes from the beautiful marina and boat boarding point. Within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores, ensuring a relaxing stay.

Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station.
