Sharon was a most attentive and accommodating host. Very clean and homey. Beautiful property! Would definitely recommend and return.

The Yay Frame lived right up to its name. My only regret was not being able to there sooner to spend more time in this oasis. From the hot tub, to the hooting owls, from the sauna to the arcade room with its arsenal of amazing books and games, this is a place I will rebook and consider every time I’m in the area. I would love to experience this home in the winter under a blanket of snow and after a day on the slopes. Shane is an excellent host. I left an item behind and he went above and beyond to make sure I could easily pick it up on my way back thru town.

Very happy with our stay at Brian’s place. Brian and his wife were great hosts. Private,Big clean space, with everything we could need plus just in case extras. The adjustable bed was great, it’s perfect space for a family to stay for the week. Nice fenced yard for my dogs. 15 min from Saratoga racetrack, Nice trails nearby, cute little town nearby, and 20 min from rivers casino. We look forward to staying in the future.

We had a great stay! The place was even cuter than the pictures. The decor was so inviting and the chocolate chip cookies were a definite plus. It was impeccably clean and Ellen was super friendly and accommodating. The location was also perfect — it was in a really nice neighborhood, walking distance right into town and a very quick drive over to SPAC for a concert we were attending. Absolutely would stay here again!!

Josh was a wonderful host, quick to respond and help me with any questions I had. Loved the cookies from the local bakery! Having the washer and dryer was very helpful as well. I loved staying here!

This place is such a gem! They thought of everything and so many special touches. We stayed here after taking the boys to Cooperstown for baseball and it did not disappoint. We hope to come again!

So cute and cozy! My family and I needed somewhere to stay for the night, we attended a concert at SPAK. It was only about 20-25 minutes away, so very convenient for us. Our hosts were very responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend! We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Archer’s Haven. Everything was as described. Lillian and her husband are attentive hosts and their “grand-dog”, Braden, is the sweetest! The location was great for us to attend a concert at SPAC and spend some time at Great Sacandoga Lake as well a day in Lake George.

We had a GREAT TIME!!! Loved Laura’s home. Super cozy. Great backyard. Our pups Sonny and Theo loved it too! Went to Mumford and Sons concert at SPAC…great venue, amazing concert! Downtown was fun…and Treehouse Brewery a must do!! Thanks Laura!

My partner and I stayed at this property for 6 days 7 nights and it was super relaxing. The property was exactly as it was pictured and matched the description given. We found that the property was private and surrounded in nature. The wrap around deck and fire pit were definitely a plus. We loved that the property had an onsite washer and dryer along with HVAC in almost every room. Kyler and Laura were great hosts. They were fast to respond and gave clear instructions on how to check in and out. They were extremely flexible and accommodating. When we had an emergency and had to make an adjustment to our original booking last minute, responded right away and offered us a clear resolution. We would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a private and peaceful place to stay. Thank you Kyler and Laura for a wonderful stay!

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.

Great location. Parking is difficult in downtown Saratoga Springs, but not their fault. Airbnb met all the requirements, not overly furnished or stocked in the kitchen area but got the job done in terms of giving us a place to sleep at night and being very centrally located.
