The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

Great stay overall. House was exactly as depicted. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was amazing. Neighborhood is calm and peaceful and Lake George is only about 20 minutes away. Plenty of driveway parking. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barbecue was great as well as the fire pit. Would definitely recommend and will rent again!

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Andrew & Tracy were fantastic hosts and the home was nice and spacious. A quick drive brought us to downtown Saratoga and the racetracks! We hope to stay again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Bill’s place. We were traveling to town last minute for a funeral and he was very accommodating for us. His home was perfect for spending some much needed family time together!
