I stay at Yelenas place whenever I am in Sarasota for a swim meet Always clean and comfortable. Everything I need is available. Close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Top Notch!

Great location in Sarasota! The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and just a few minutes' drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Vanessa and Nicole were very responsive and gave us helpful instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, perfect for sharing with my family. Its balcony overlooking the building’s pool was a huge plus... excellent location, just an 8min walk from restaurants and shops... 100% recommended

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We loved this. We got married on the beach and stayed at Rick’s for a couple nights before heading back to Orlando and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Very beautiful, safe, secure, private, and overall incredible.

Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as the first! The location is perfect — close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping — making it a convenient spot for a relaxing getaway. Gosia was a wonderful host, always prompt in her responses and helpful with any questions we had. We’re looking forward to staying again in the future!

This house is perfect for a family with kids. We enjoyed coming back to relax and swim in the pool, after a day at Siesta Key, which is about 20 minutes away. The suggestions they left in the binder were amazing because we didn't have to research. For the nights in for dinner, it was nice to be able to the kitchen and grill. As a person who enjoys cooking, they have a nice amount tools to use. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic Airbnb! Seaglass Management and Joy are great to work with. Very responsive! Great location, very safe, amazing pool and jacuzzi, close to downtown, restaurants and the Legacy bike trail. Will definitely book again in the near future.

This place was perfect for us. family of 4 with 2 kids age 7 and 10. They loved the pool which was bigger then it looked from the photos, was very warm and garden well maintained. really happy with stay and Carrick was quick to respond when we ask questions. asked for a later check out which Carrick was able to accommodate. Great stay would recommend.

First time in Sarasota, and our main goal was going to the beach, relax and spend family time. The place was easy to find, plenty of parking space, nicely decorated, clean and with everything that we needed. Downtown Sarasota is at 10 minutes drive, Lido beach and Siesta beach, between 15 and 20 minutes away. Jacob, our host, was always super fast to respond to any questions. I would stay here again!

As always, everything is at the highest level. We have been staying in this house for the second year in a row. The most attractive thing for us is the swimming pool, which can accommodate all family members. The neighborhood is very calm, which is very happy. There is no noise and you can relax from the bustle of the city. Nearby is a playground with a lake. This house is located in a very green neighborhood, which can please many. Lots of games and books for children. I recommend this property.

There are definately not enough words to describe this beautiful home. It was even nicer than the pictures online could convey. It was classy, well decorated and the owners put alot of heart into making it feel like home. The cleanliness was beyond superb!! We were so comfortable there that we didn't want to leave. Our grandson loved the loft area as much as he enjoyed the pool with the basketball net. There are many great places in the area from beaches to arcades to shopping malls to the wonderful Amish food and ice cream. We were visiting family and honestly could have made our whole vacation just staying at this home with all it had to offer. We appreciated the host Jane with her quick responses to our questions. We hope that the next time we come to Sarasota, this home will be available as we would love to stay there again. If anyone is considering this as a home away from home on your trip, please don't pass it up!!! You won't be sorry:):) Kevin & Donna McDonough

We loooved it here! The space was perfect for our family. I cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores and walking distance to local restaurants and ice cream shops. The trolley stop is right at the resort so very convenient free rides to downtown Siesta Key was one of the highlights of our trip. We also grilled in the back of the resort by the bay which was nice! Oak trees all around. The pool was perfect temp. The fob didn’t work for one of the gates but there were three others we were able to get in without issue. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. The ONLY issue we had was from the pics on the original post it appeared the walk to the closest public beach access was 2 min but it was actually 15. In the Florida heat that was rough but we pushed through! Oh and last thing, the scooters were a hit with everyone in our family. So much fun! 😆 Thank you so much for giving us an amazing stay!!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛

Another wonderful trip to Siesta! This is our third stay in one of Evan’s places, and we were not disappointed. This unit had a great view of the Gulf (this particular building has the most direct view, without the parking lot!), and the screened in lanai was amazing! As always, the unit was clean, well-stocked, and a perfect home away from home. Already counting down the days till we return!

I've stayed in Shorewalk 4 different times now, but you're place has been the best, by far. Super clean and accommodating. Great communication and always quick to respond. Thank you!
