Beach condo vacation rentals in Sarasota

Amazing views!!! What a beautiful condo! We are so happy we stayed here! Pros: Very very clean, fresh and new. Plenty of towels, both bath towels and beach towels. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked nice. The pool was very nice, easily accessible, and there was a restroom in the adjacent tower for us to use. Extra toilet paper in bathrooms, extra paper towels in kitchen, and a couple laundry pods. Cons: Washer/Dryer was a one unit combo machine which was tiny. We needed to dry our beach towels because it rained while were there and could not use the unit in the condo. There are pay washers and dryers on the first floor of the tower that we had to use instead. The living room and master had cable which was a pro but the living room had a Roku that wasnt signed in so we couldnt use that. There were no scissors in the kitchen which seems insignificant until you need them. Shark teeth = drive south to Caspersen beach!!!! We did not find any at this beach

It was a lovely place with so many amenities that made you feel at home! Comfortable beds, nice appliances, great shower pressure, ceiling fans in every room. Lots of towels. The only thing we missed was a lanai but we were A-ok without it!

We have been coming to Siesta for years and rented all over the key. Siesta Dunes is right on the beachfront. It’s large with a huge pool in the centre with tons of loungers and umbrellas and then you walk out to the massive beach. Although people say walkable to the beach, in most cases you have to cross the main road and go to the other side which is a severe pain. This is all contained and it’s important for me to have the least work possible on vacation. There’s a centre deck with bbqs overlooking the beach where everyone comes to watch the sunset. Tanya’s place is bigger than it looks on the photos with two back decks, plenty of seating inside and back out. Siesta is our home twice a year and now that we found Siesta Dunes we are booked for Christmas. The trolley is the best part of Siesta outside of the massive white beach and we always make a date night at Summer House. Tanya’s is worth staying at.

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

This place was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation. Everything was exactly as listed. Extremely clean and well supplied with towels and all your kitchen needs. The views from our balcony and the sounds of the ocean were priceless. If you’re looking to get away from it all and disconnect, this is the place!! You will not be disappointed.

A brilliant birthday retreat in absolutely every way possible! Jennifer and John could not have been more accommodating: friendly, proactive, informative about local amenities and wonderfully supportive when we encountered car issues at checkout. Accomplished hosts, the apartment was immaculate, stocked with more goodies and equipment than we could possibly have imagined we might find and enjoy. A beautifully styled home-away-from-home surrounded by some stunning spaces to walk or drive to. It made our stay and the birthday we were celebrating, Thank you!

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

The place was exactly as advertised and I loved how close we were to the beach. It also was pretty private and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Even though it was great, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower. My bf has had knee surgery and it was extremely difficult to get into the shower. The side of the tub was very very high, I had to lift my knee to my chest to get into the tub and my bf struggled a lot with his bad knee to do that to get into the shower. I still give the place 5 stars because it was as advertised I just didn’t realize from photos that the bathroom would be difficult for us to manage, and that’s our personal problem not a problem with the Airbnb. Everything else was perfect!

Very quaint little town. We brought the bikes and were able to bike everywhere. Very peaceful with minimal crowds. Hit the spot on the get away we wanted. Thanks!

We rented this place to celebrate birthdays and it was perfect . We had everything we needed and just enough space for a family of four. This location is a short distance from a beach , shops , and restaurants. It is also a short drive to other beautiful beaches ! We spent lots of time in the pool that was the perfect temperature. Remote to TV in living room didn't work too well but we didn't spend much time inside as we were only there a few days so it wasn't a problem. Host was responsive and tried to get it fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this place to anyone .

What a wonderful property. The view is incredible. You are really right on top of the beach. The sound of the ocean while drinking my morning coffee will be something I dearly miss. This place is perfect for families ( really anyone) Our 2 year old son does not have beach stamina yet. No problem you are on a private beach. The apartment is a couple of minutes away ( even at toddler walking speed). We would bounce between the beach,apartment and pool in a matter of minutes. The apartment is stocked with everything you need. Shopping and restaurants are super close. Will, the host is top notch. Book this property with no hesitation ( if your lucky enough) We hope to go back.

We highly recommend staying at Bill’s! He was very accommodating and answered all our questions very quickly. The condo was very clean- the linens and towels smelled so fresh- and had everything you needed for the perfect beach day. The pool area was also beautiful. The location of the condo was perfect! The private beach area was a short walk across the street and way less crowded than the touristy siesta key beach area. However, that area of beach was about 1/2 mile walk down the beach and made for a good lunch/bathroom spot since there aren’t restaurants/bathrooms on the private beach access. We made great use of the free trolley as there were stops right near the condo. We recommend using the breeze app to make tracking the trolley easy. If you’re in a rush, Ubers are also readily available and usually less than $10 and less than a ten minute ride to everywhere you’d want to go- ie. Siesta Key Village, Captain Kurt’s etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean condo right on the beach. convenient parking. Beautiful get away!

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s away from the crowds of Siesta Beach, but still close to everything. The setting is beautiful and the property has everything you could need. We hope to visit again soon!

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

My stay at J & J Island Time was very nice! I parked right at the front door so it was easy to unload the car. The condo was cute and decorated so beachy cute! The living space was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed morning coffee sitting under the pergola along the canal and listened to the birds! The location is just 2 miles from Anna Maria Island where I spent a few days enjoying the beach! I even saw a manatee swimming by! There are many restaurants and live entertainment close by! It was a very relaxing get away and I would recommend it to others! Janette was very responsive and helpful!!

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!
