Recently remodeled. Great location close to beaches, restaurants, bars, stores, gas stations etc. Bring your boat or rent one locally and enjoy Charlotte Harbor waters. You can also do fishing directly from the backyard. Two kayaks and two bikes, fishing poles available for our guests to use during their stay.

The home has an open concept with 12 ft sliders in the Living room opening all the way to Lanai, Pool and the Lake for a nice breeze from the lake and trees surrounding the property. The lake and fenced in landscape around left and right side of Lanai make it very private and relaxed!
