The house is delicious, the location is otima!! Marina is very accessible, it has helped us a lot with some questions we needed!! And hiring Claudia was essential, she is great, it helps very, very helpful and makes a delicious meal!! It's worth hiring it to compel the experience!!

It was wonderful. As it was my first time in Ilhabela I was worried but everything flowed so perfectly that it yielded beautiful memories for our family. I can't tire of thanking the owners, it was all very passionate. God bless you every day more.

The house is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, I felt at home. Everything was clean and organized for my arrival. The house is very equipped, it has everything we need. The location is great and you can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. Sonia is very attentive and helpful, responds to messages and gives excellent instructions, I will definitely come back.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect (extremely close to the beach), the house is fully equipped, surrounded by nature. Amazing place to come with family.

The house is much better than it appears in the photos, with an incredible leisure area, a perfect environment to enjoy with friends and family, not to mention the household items and bed and bath linens, which are impeccable. I liked it so much that I already booked it for another date, it's worth every penny!

My family and I were fully satisfied with everything. The house is amazing, the host is careful and attentive to the details. A beautiful house with hotel stewardship. The condominium employees are extremely polite. Note 1000 - I recommend and, as soon as we can, we will be back.

The house is really the wonder you see in the ad. Lots of structure, beauty and comfort. All well integrated. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is a show in itself, amazing, as is the barbecue area and pizza oven. We had all the support we needed quickly and with great kindness and cordiality. The condominium is close to Julião Beach, which is sensational. It was an amazing weekend. It's really worth it!!!

The house is super beautiful, cozy and exceeded our expectations! We were very well received by the caretaker, who was attentive and always proactive throughout the stay. The house has absolutely everything you need to spend a pleasant time and have fun — from practical items to comfortable spaces. We took our two small dogs and they also enjoyed the space a lot. Everything was sensational! I highly recommend it and we would definitely come back.

Great place to enjoy the beach

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the guidelines correctly. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Ahhh difficult came though kkk that Other, extremely well located house, cleanissima, has absolutely everything around, without the need to take a car, the house is fantastic great airy , super-equipped kitchen, beautiful backyard, foot in the real sand. I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries. This time, out of season in the middle of the cold, I chose this retreat to celebrate my birthday. The Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself. I always stay here. There is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, an impeccable house with a beautiful infinity pool, the house is very nice and private, for those who have pets it is all fenced in the yard, Veronica answered me very well by phone, a flexible person, gave me a small discount, was flexible at Check-in and check-out, of all the houses we stayed in Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had, the house is mega complete, with many utensils, in short, I would spend hours writing how good this experience was! Something surreal! Thank you for hosting and the opportunity to be in your home Veronica, we will be back!!!

Great house, with all the utensils, spacious rooms, in a quiet gated community. We had a great weekend with 3 couples and their children.

The house is beautiful - just like the photos - and very clean! The area is super safe, very close to the sea and the neighborhood is quiet.

Everything was impeccable, Victor and Felipe were always available, as was Genilson, always ready to help and answer our questions, we had everything we needed in the house, we were very well received and accommodated, the house is clean, organized, clean and fragrant bed/bath/pool linen, clean and perfectly functioning hot tub, the condominium is very quiet, very close to the beach (practically on the sand), there are no street vendors and stalls nearby, we will return more often if God wills!

Leo, thank you in advance for offering such a pleasant space. Besides the house being great, it's beautiful! The location is very good, very close to shops and the beach. The mattresses are new, firm and comfortable. New refrigerator, everything is extremely cold!! Very good shower, excellent air conditioning. We had a stay exactly as we were looking for: peace and quiet. We had this, even with the rain, we found the peace we needed. On the last day, we were able to go to the beach, enjoy the sun that decided to appear. But we only achieved this with Leo's kindness and flexible check-out. Thank you so much for everything!!! The house is lovely, clean, well decorated and with great energy. Everything exactly as described. We slept very well, as it is very quiet, it is in the quietest part of Maresias and this was amazing. The house has everything you might need. The beach is very close and has a small structure of chairs, etc. for rent. We love and intend to return.

Andréia was always very helpful and proactive in explaining everything about the house and hosting. With the instructions given, it was very easy to get there. They left a little gift and a box of chocolates for our reception. ❤️ Extremely clean and organized place. Everything works perfectly. And personally, I found the house more beautiful than in the photos! I loved the experience and will be back. 🙏
