It has air-conditioning, a fireplace, a heat recovery system and central heating (up to 9 hours a day) in the Fall - Winter period. The exterior consists of two gardens, a barbecue area, a wood-burning oven, a kitchen, a swimming pool, a children's playground and a large space.
