Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

We went as 7 people, stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with the cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, mine loved being able to run around the lawn outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house that embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back whenever possible!

An excellent choice! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos — the care is felt in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and extremely well cared for. Super equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay. The location is also excellent: close to the beach and great restaurants, with super easy access. The host was amazing: super attentive, quick to respond and always willing to help. It was a wonderful and very peaceful experience from start to finish. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The house is delicious , the place is very quiet and great for resting. We hired Bianca housekeeper during our stay and it was great!

Chris was an incredible host. Communicating every step of the way and even going out of her way to assist in finding me an accessory I forgot to bring with me. She made the trip stress free and was very responsive to all my questions! I would rent from Chris again without hesitation!!!

Beautiful apartment, with an amazing renovation, super functional. The perfect location with everything nearby, bakeries, market, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, Ibirapuera Park on foot! Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

This is the second time I've stayed at this location. Great location, near the airport. Clear communication with hosts. I'd like to highlight the parking space, which I think is a good differential. I recommend it!

Our stay was great. The apartment is very cozy, very clean and organized. We were late in arriving, but José Roberto, very friendly, was ready to welcome and guide us. Very comfortable beds. We liked it a lot.

The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, super clean and well-decorated. I loved staying there … the garage is excellent and in the surroundings we have access to restaurants, produce and shopping.

Large house, well equipped and with great leisure options for the family — swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, soccer field and is still pet friendly! We celebrated my mother's birthday on one of the days, with a slightly larger number of people previously aligned with the host, who was always very attentive. The stay was excellent and super comfortable for everyone!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The house was exactly as in the photos, in a very quiet, peaceful place. Ideal for resting. It was super clean, with bedding and towels available, making it very practical. The house had utensils for everything we needed and appliances too! The view was beautiful and the house functional! The hosts were helpful and the communication was very good! We loved the house! Our stay was excellent! Spacious, comfortable and organized home! Everyone, especially children, loves a heated pool! Full kitchen, we didn't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, filtered drinking water (not having to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with tent assembly! We felt a little lacking in a few more beach chairs to be made available, but everything worked out because we used the chairs from the beach huts! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, pool slide that there was no time to enjoy everything! Didn't even have time to turn on the TV! Dayane is a great host, she responds quickly and is always very polite, she gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

It was a great stay, the space is perfect for the family with children, who had super fun and enjoyed it from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The layout of the house is a delight. The whole thing works and justifies the photos of the ad. Nos Attended super well. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!
