Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

Simple and very cozy house, with a wonderful view! The villagers were super helpful and helped us with market, pharmacy and fish shop recommendations. Fran, the housewife of the house, helped us with breakfast and lunch and Alisson, her husband, made divine caipirinhas. It was a great choice to get out of the noise of the city and rest.

Excellent accommodation, I recommend it to everyone on the platform.

Excellent place to spend calm and peaceful days in contact with nature. The hosts Glaucia and Luis supported us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, serving us with kindness and respect. The overall experience was great! The highlight was the housekeepers (especially Lu): they cook very well, keep the house impeccable, support any inconvenience and always available to give indications. In addition, Karina resolved pre-hosting questions quickly and accurately. The photos do the place justice, it really is very spacious, bright and clean. The house is in an extremely exclusive and safe place, close to the beach of São Pedro e das Conchas. The beach is paradisiacal. Negative points: it is essential to be with the car, as the distances are very large (for the beach there is a free van service that is very worth it!), in addition, the wifi is very intermittent and got in the way in some moments where we had to connect for work.

Guilherme was attentive to our lodging, the house was exactly as advertised, clean and organized and with the necessary utensils. The space has accommodated our family well, the rooms have a comfortable size and the social area is also comfortable. The condominium has a complete leisure area, with swimming pools, court, game room and small children's area. Highlight for condominium employees who are very attentive, especially in the beach service which, incidentally, is located in one of the best spots on the beach, with a wide strip of sand and excellent for bathing. I recommend it.

The location is perfect in relation to the airport. My flight was very early and it was very easy to walk there. Because it is hotel accommodation, the breakfast included - and which starts very early - is a good differentiator.

The accommodation is hotel style, the checkin was done directly with the receptionist, we were able to leave the luggage there and take our tour without worrying. The receptionist was extremely friendly, the only problem we had was the delay in answering the questions in the airb chat, however, they could be clarified by calling the google phone of the building (I discovered there in the listing) I recommend it too much, the accommodation is very close to São Paulo, easy to find, it was clean, it was all nice. Very near subway station I'm definitely going back. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent accommodation for those who want to work in the Jabaquara region or the blue line. The apartment is well equipped with what is needed to spend several days with the comfort and style of a simple life. It is worth mentioning an excellent host and an excellent person!!! Jairo, we have nothing but praise for your proactivity, flexibility and dedication in making the stay as adaptable as possible to the routine of those who stay. The region has several restaurants of different types and easy access to the subway (Conceição station 10 minutes' walk), which makes it possible to go to much more distant places. Great stay, excellent location near the subway, close to 25 of everything the center offers, the place is clean, comfortable beds, spacious, very good shower, great breakfast, I had two problems but they were not serious, they did not find my check-in I had to wait another 40 minutes after check-in time and they also called me in the room telling me to leave it was 12:20 but checkout was 1:00 p.m. as shown in the ad, but the education of all The staff is amazing, especially after he saw that he was wrong to call me to leave. He confused it with the hotel schedule and didn't realize it was Airbnb with check-out at 1:00 p.m., I repeat, the education and kindness of all the staff is amazing, another factor that helped a lot was the luggage room where we can leave things and walk around there and pick it up at the end of the day without extra charge, I will definitely be back!
