Beautiful apartment, very well equipped. The kitchen has sufficient dishes in good condition, a coffee maker with capsules available and spices for cooking. Linens and towels are also provided. There's also a washing machine. A reserved parking space is very nice. Claudia Luisa has thoughtful touches like dropping off strawberries from the garden. She is very responsive to messages and her explanations are clear, including in the accommodation. And finally this magnificent view from the living room and the small terrace where we watched part of the Funchal fireworks. Perfect location to visit the island. Câmara de Lobos is nice in the evening for eating on a terrace and listening to music.

Everything was excellent, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and set in a lovely quiet part of town. Carmo was a perfect host and I would happily always stay in her house on future visits to Madeira

Staying at this place was like a dream - the house itself as well as the location is beautiful, all the greenery and „wilderness” was exactly what we needed during our vacation. Believe me when I say that the place is even more stunning than in the pictures! The hosts - João and Olivia were so lovely, and their son - Francisco was also really helpful and nicely explained us the way to the house :) Olivia greeted us and showed us around and also prepared a welcome gift for us with a lot of the local and homemade snacks, fruit and drinks! You can also purchase a lot of them in their friendly market at their house (as well as some hand crafted stuff - I purchased a keyring that is honestly my favorite souvenir from the trip). We also recommend visiting the Levada that is nearby (3 minute walk from the house)! Thank you so much João, Olivia & Francisco for being so wonderful and helpful - the experience of staying in Casa d’Olivia was everything we could ever wish for ❤️

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is equipped as described and Sofia & José took good care of us and were always quickly available for questions. It is a beautiful, very quiet part of the island and you can relax well. The views here are stunning. We will be happy to come back. A car is necessary, but there is good parking at the house.

We’ve enjoyed the stay at Tony’s apartment. It was easy to get there with very clear instructions. Ocean view was fantastic. We’d everything needed, including washing things. I would like to have some more coffee.

Super host - very responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Great location to explore on foot and by car. Parking no issue, and easy drive to airport. Apartment was tremendous. Balconies allowed us to have breakfast in the sun outside admiring the views. Walk into town about 15 mins down hill - not too strenuous. Lots of Ubers that were inexpensive, so easy to get about. We had x4 full days in Madeira which were full of activities. Palace Gardens and Levarda walks were excellent. Truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The flat has everything that you could possibly need and we made use of the washing machine several times. The car park is super convenient, so no worries about finding a parking spot. José is super helpful and welcoming and always responds to messages right away. We had a problem with the warm water once and he literally came flying to fix it on the weekend. The neighborhood has everything available: shopping center, bus stop, supermarket. The construction site down the road is noisy during the day, but did not really bother us this much since we were out and about and home in the evening. All in all: I would book again.

This was a beautiful Airbnb with a great patio. Tons of wonderful restaurants were in walking distance. Paulo was a very friendly host and even delivered fresh bread every morning!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment. We were warmly welcomed by Raquel, who showed us the garage and the apartment. We loved the apartment, the pool, and the area. 10/10 experience, would recommend for anyone who wants to feel at home during their stay in Madeira.

We loved this apartment! It was lovely, modern and very clean, just like the photos . The pool was very nice, although we were too busy to take advantage of it. Not the easiest feat to get into the apartment, as there are 3 doors with codes to get through. Make sure you read the instructions well that they send ahead as to how to enter. We did have a few hiccups with entry but I messaged them and they always got back in a timely manner. The location is absolutely perfect to walk to both Old Town and the Lido area. There are restaurants just below the apartment and we especially enjoyed Victoria's. The buses stop right in front of the building and there is a Tour Kiosk directly across the street. Absolutely the most convenient location we could ask for!! We definitely want to return!

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

This was the best air BnB I've stayed in, the apartment and view from the balcony were beautiful, and the location was perfect with it being only a ten minute drive from city center. Would definitely recommend!

The check-in went well. We were very pleased and can recommend the apartment. Parking was available in the courtyard, otherwise it would have been bad to find a parking space. Next to the entrance was a small shop, also ideal. We felt very comfortable.

Delila was an great host. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Location is great, close to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment.
