I thank host Renata for the attention given to me and my family. regarding the accommodation all very clean, well organized, what we charmed was the beds with towels and bedding and the bathrooms with 2 toilet papers each. the wonderful pool to the very large outdoor area. Amamos we host in the house.. and we will come back more often.

The host is very accessible to requests! Silvana is a love of person and always willing to help with whatever it takes. The only detail is that the residence is a little far from the center to go on foot.

The house is a delight! Charming, well-equipped and surrounded by nature, perfect for days of rest. The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is super quiet and the location is great. Dagoberto and Lucy were very attentive. I highly recommend it and I want to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Fabio's house in Sao Luiz do Paraitinga. The house is very comfortable, it has a delicious yard, perfect for family and friends to enjoy the space. The house is very well-equipped, everything is brand new, with adequate bed linen. The mezzanine of the second bedroom was an attraction for the children. And the house is close to the center, you can walk, but it is located on a very quiet street, far from the hustle and bustle of the center. Fábio was a great host, he treated us with great kindness and hospitality. We'll be back for sure!

I really liked the city and the house. It was super tidy, clean, and well cared for. I loved the details of good books and low light in the bedroom. I slept really well there, and Alexandra was really nice to me, she gave me all the support. It was hard to leave. I want to go back.

From the time of booking to checkout, our experience was impeccable. The host Everton was helpful and quick to respond, answering all questions. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: comfortable and next to the center, where there are several restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, as well as houses with colonial architecture (listed by the National Cultural Heritage IPHAN). The location is excellent, I did not use the motorcycle to explore the city. For motorcycle travelers, like me, there is a garage with a gate, the place is safe. One of the tips for a tour is to visit the Lagoinha Grande Waterfall, which is in the neighboring city of Lagoinha. Without a doubt, we recommend it.

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a sweetheart. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

Very quiet beach for those who are afraid of water and children. supermarket, all with prices even better than near my house it's right on the beach very nice.

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Ribeira Mall, which has everything you can imagine. There are boat trips that leave from the ribeira bag and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
