We really liked the apartment, it had exactly everything we needed and more. For this reason, we wanted to extend our stay. Cleanliness, tidiness, strategic location with everything at your fingertips

The place was spotless and very well maintained — cleaning was done daily. I slept like a baby thanks to the comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, and the surprising quiet despite being close to the road. At night, all I could hear were the calming ocean waves. Parking is available 24 hours for just R$15. Everyone was very polite, and communication with Arnaldo was fast and attentive. I truly felt at home. The shower was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Apartment with a foot in the sand, close to bakeries and supermarkets, has air conditioning in the suite and in the living room, the host was super proactive and with effective communication, we would definitely return on the next trip to Santos! It has a garage that made it a lot easier! I recommend it!

This is a very special place. Peculiar place for architecture lovers. This is an Artacho Jurado pearl in front of the most beautiful beach garden on Earth (in the Guinness book as the largest beach front garden one). For me and my daughter it was an experience that we wanted to leave. Worthy of every moment. Highly recommend for its design, large spaces and location. Now, if you are noise sensitive and/or light sensitive on sleeping hours, you might struggle to have a good resting night. The street noise is intense night and day. The two floor to ceiling windows’ facades are only protected by sunscreen shades, with no blackout curtains. We were VERY pleased to spend our days there, and equally pleased to move into a quieter place to sleep the following days :)

I wanted to thank Mrs. Maria Edina for the extreme attention she gave to my in-laws during the period they stayed there, they loved the stay in the coziness of her home, the apartment is fantastic and very cozy, you can be sure that we will return whenever we can, a big hug and thank you very much.

The apartment is a real gem! Everything is very well cared for, functional and with a delicious smell. 🌸 The location is excellent: just a few steps from the sea and with everything nearby — market, pharmacy, bakery, shops and services. The street is very busy, which brings more practicality in everyday life. It met our needs very well and we felt at home! Host Suzi was extremely kind and attentive from the first contact. We loved our stay and for sure coming back! 💛✨

I felt at home. The house is beautiful and very pleasant, as well as very clean. The internet also works very well. It is a renovated old house, with a style that we no longer see in modern houses. Very interesting. The interior decor is also very beautiful. I was with my boyfriend and we wanted to buy a similar house for us to live forever. You don't even want to leave. The co-host and the housekeeper were super attentive, the house was clean and organized, with sheets and towels washed, and it was just like the photos. We intend to return soon.

We are always greeted with great affection by D.Sonia, a wonderful person, full of light. The house is getting better and better, and everything works perfectly ! Property well located, close to markets, bakery, pharmacy , kiosks and snack bars. Every time we return, it will always be in D.sonia that we will stay.

A Malu and Mr. Jose are amazing, super attentive, helpful and patient with my various questions. The kitchen was super-equipped, I don't remember anything we needed that wasn't there, even a pizza cutter was available! Impeccable location, super close to the beach. Comfortable bed and the “big table” in the living room for 8 people provided us with great moments of a meal in the style of Sunday lunch with the family. Malu's special attention to providing blankets, because we had a very cold weekend, was incredible, they were really warm. Just one point of opportunity, nothing that discredits, some outlets are old, we need some adapters to charge the laptop. Malu, I wish you much more success and thank you for everything! This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

This review is for you who, like me, makes a point of reading all the reviews to make sure the listing is accurate. Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Gratitude❤️

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
