Very cozy penthouse with everything you need to spend a few days, just like in the photos, very clean and everything new. Alba was always attentive to what we might need, you have shops nearby and the location is perfect for sightseeing. We'll be back!

I have enjoyed staying here for 3 weeks. The apartment is in a quiet street, and partly because of that I slept wonderfully. It is on one side about 10' walk to the beach via the pedestrian tunnel “Tren de Pombo” which starts behind the house. On the other side, you walk down, where you have a nice row of restaurants (calle Tetuán) 5' away and walk into the old town in 10'. Also, don't forget to walk up the street and cross, there is a good bakery/delicatessen (Gallofa) and a cafe hidden. Eva's apartment looks recently renovated and is a nice mix of authentic details and modern comfort. For people without mobility problems, the stairs should not be a problem and the slope of the road to it should not be a problem either, do not let that stop you. There may be affordable taxis and shared bicycles nearby (electric). Communication was always smooth, personal and enjoyable. I would like to come back and highly recommend the apartment.

We loved our stay at Carmens house in Santander. Carmen and Carlos met us at the property and instantly made us feel at home. Carmen is really receptive and answered any questions we had very quickly. The property is within a few minutes walk to Santander’s buzzing city centre and beautiful esplanade, and 20 minutes in the opposite direction from the stunning Playa el Sardinero. The property is modern, clean and looks exactly as it does in the photos. If we are back in Santander again, we wouldn’t think twice bout staying at Carmen’s place again.

Carmen is very friendly, helpful and communicative. The accommodation is just as it looks in the photos. Very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. We went at Easter and we traveled from there to many places of interest because we were close to everything. In Suances we watched the sunset from the place Carmen recommended to us. Beautiful

Itziar was super friendly and always helpful. She was accessible at all times and always strived for a quick solution. It was quite cold on our arrival (in April). At our request, she immediately turned on the heater and also provided an electric radiator if that was not enough. The Airbnb also has a lot of sports equipment for free use: in addition to foosball, table tennis and bicycles, there were also surfboards, a canoe, and a sup available. Next to our small terrace, which is unfortunately quite close to the street, there is a large, very nice garden that can be used at any time. We were also offered a dry garage parking space. Overall it was a very nice stay – we would go back anytime!

Sara was very friendly and helpful at all times. The instructions were very clear and the apartment is newly renovated and beautiful. It's super central and conveniently located. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the showers have good pressure. It has a washing machine and everything you need to spend a few days. The only thing less good: it is a fourth floor without an elevator in a block with wooden stairs, which makes it a little noisy. We highly recommend it to spend a few days in Santander.

Rikar's apartment is very well located, in the center of San Vicente de La Barquera and with easy parking in front of the apartment (I saw it every day from the apartment window). In addition, you can get around San Vicente without a car and with all the amenities just a step away (restaurants, supermarket, bakery ...) Rikar is a very friendly person who responds very quickly to everything you ask and always gives directions of places to visit, eat, etc.

Clean, comfortable, bright accommodation with good taste in decoration. The area in the fishing port is quiet and with great restaurants nearby. The host is always available. Totally recommended.

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

She was an amazing host. Met us at the Airbnb to welcome us in and showed us around. Very responsive and lovely. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We stayed there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is nice for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to come to this corner with a dog - or children, because the cellar is full of children's toys - you're in the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for having us in your home.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a little far away, but by car you can get there easily, and you can also visit the villages a little, with great restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an amazing area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an amazing house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

Beatriz was friendly and very responsive. The house was clean and tidy.

Very nice quiet apartment. Close to amenities and buses to reach the city center. Carmen is a very available host who gave us plenty of recommendations to make our stay perfect.

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar, very comfortable and quiet. And safe parking was provided.

Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and downtown, while still being in a quieter neighborhood.

Cristiva and Ivan are super attentive and friendly hosts. His house is perfect for enjoying the area and relaxing for a few days. It is beautiful and magically located.
