An apartment located on a second floor. 2 blocks from the pedestrian street and 1 from the famous "Cruz de Piedra", where the "calendas" (traditional Mexican kitchens) are. There is a market with local products, cafes, a laundry, a bakery, restaurants, museums, and churches nearby. You can walk around the city. On the way to the center there are many tourist attractions. A safe area with a lot of tourist and cultural affluence. Very close to the Guelaguetza Auditorium, within walking distance.

Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Culture, food, shops within walking distance. Nothing like staying in a centric place and be able to stay out late in a very safe zone! 60Mbps internet A dog and a cat live in the property. Located on one of Oaxaca's main streets, "La casa de don Mario" is close to everything Oaxaca is a walkable city, and having a lodging space downtown is a great plus. Staying in an old house that is part of the city's history is a privilege. Sweet Studio downtown

Nice little studio with air conditioning two blocks from the Zócalo of the city. Walk to all attractions in 10 minutes. The place is nicely furnished with simple Oaxacan charm. Everything is provided. Please note that since it is in a restaurant area there might be some noise at night... We do have double glazed windows, however it is not recommended for light sleepers (hence we kept the reasonable price for this list)...
