Bedroom with king size bed (2nd floor), double sofa bed on first floor, 2 full bathrooms, closet and safe. Cable TV, Free Wifi (Starlink) in the apartment. There is currently a construction on a nearby property and there may be noise during the day.

The apartment is nice for 2 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table, a bedroom with a queen sized bed and storage place for your belongings, and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, pots, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes all well as with stuff like coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper. I will provide towels, sheets, a fan and some soap for you.

It has 2 floors, the first one has 3 nice bedrooms and the second one has a large living room and an open kitchen with access to the terrace. All spaces are bright and modern. Queretaro's historic center or downtown is just around 10 mins by car! Really safe and calm zone. (Security guard at the entrance of the street)
