Monthly Rentals in Santiago Atitlán

Was a delight to have the opportunity to spend with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. We all had our own private accommodations, with shared community spaces and places for alone time! Was a peaceful, beautiful setting! We absolutely loved our host. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your villa!

My kids LOVED the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also we took the kayaks on the lake for a morning paddle. There's also a sauna on the property, which we briefly tried. The little house was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed - its at the very top of the hills, so a bit of a trek. Restaurant at the bottom was OK - we enjoyed the tacos, and the fruit smoothie drinks. One note - be careful about closing the door, as it will automatically lock - we accidentally locked ourselves out, and the restaurant didn't have the key. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very good place from which to discover Santiago and all the surrounding areas. Also, great if you need a small break and want to disconnect. Thank you!

a very nice and quiet place. with many public spaces and tranquility, it had an incredible view when you leave the cabin. The lack of exterior lights at night, especially during check-in, made it somewhat difficult. It was a bit dusty and had cobwebs. Using the facilities was somewhat complicated. The jacuzzi was empty and turned off, and the same with the sauna. The equipment for kayaking was all locked up. Every time I think that by not making a reservation directly with the accommodation, it feels like we are not important enough to be given that part of the service.
