If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

Not only does Giovanna's accommodation satisfy for its excellent and particular location (right under a Romanesque bridge, a stone's throw from the square, restaurants and the river), but the welcome is something unique. No one in an Airbnb had ever made us find a homemade cake for breakfast (and with what skill from Giovanna's mother) and had taken so much care of the well-being of our dog as well as ours. Mercatello sul Metauro is a small gem and this house completes the picture. We will definitely be back!

Casa Lisa is a rustic, authentic sanctuary away from the hustle of today’s mayhem yet all the everyday amenities are a short driveway. We had a wonderful few days here our hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely time, hopefully we will return in the future.

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

Valerio gave me very clear directions... as soon as I arrived, the lady who helps him greeted me and cleaned halfway through the stay... everything was very clean and new... We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally received, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

Convenient location if you have a vehicle to get around, fairly new and well-kept apartment, quiet area even though we unfortunately found construction work in a nearby building. Highly recommended for those looking for an apartment with the right comforts

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Very positive experience. The apartment exactly matches the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a helpful and very friendly person.

Mauro is an extremely helpful and kind host. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The sacredness of the silence all around invites you to enjoy moments of peace and regeneration away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was the ideal place to enjoy a weekend in contact with nature. We highly recommend it.

The only problem was finding the apartment right away, as the access is internal and the number is not immediately visible from the street, so I would suggest putting up a sign or other more visible communication of the number. Valentina is super friendly and precise, the house is tidy and with all the comforts, too bad for stairs without an elevator. Wonderful location, we never used the car because the sea is a 2-minute walk away and there is nightlife in the area with a promenade and summer attractions. Easily reachable with a few minutes' drive also overseas and acquafan or Rimini while the aquarium can be reached on foot. Great experience, thank you.

New, very nice place, great location on the beach

We stayed in the apartment for a week with our five-year-old daughter. Marco proved to be a very kind, attentive and helpful host from the first contacts. We found the house fresh, clean, fragrant and equipped with everything you need. In particular, we appreciated the comfort of the sofa bed and the usefulness of the mosquito nets. Finally, the bicycles provided are super welcome. Apartment definitely recommended!

We had an awesome stay here! The place is modern, clean and spacious. Great location right across from the beach with plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Ester's apartment is large, clean, modern and well-equipped. It overlooks a large terrace where it is pleasant to sit. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is a hundred meters away by a quiet path. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The rental has private parking. Communication with Ester, her father (who greeted us) and her daughter Linda have always been very responsive and friendly. We would totally recommend Ester's apartment.
