Vacation rentals with a patio in Santanyí

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in dem Apartment enorm genossen! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, viel Platz, gemütlich und ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Meer ist sehr schnell zu erreichen und man kann zu tollen Wanderungen von der Wohnung losstarten. Virginie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - wir kehren definitiv zurück!

The place was so well equipped and so close to the beach. Lots of space for 5/6 people both on the roof terrace and inside. Gorgeous beach close by and pool was not very busy at all. Would highly recommend. Fiona was very helpful throughout our stay.

El piso es muy cómodo, ideal para dos parejas, cada habitación con su baño en suite lo que permite mucha intimidad y con amplio lugar para compartir. Bien ubicado y súper limpio. Equitación suficiente. Por ponerle algún pero hubiera agradecido algún básico más. Pasamos unos días maravillosos en el puerto.

Le logement de Joan correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour profiter de l'île de Majorque. Le logement lui-même est très spacieux, en parfait état, avec toutes les commodités (2 salles de bains, un lave linge ...). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la literie, très confortable ! Par ailleurs, sa localisation est idéale pour pouvoir atteindre les différentes zones de tourisme de l'île (à moins d'1h des quatre coins de l'île), tout en étant dans un village paisible. Merci Joan pour ce logement !

Daniela’s apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location for visiting Palma cathedral. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. It’s quiet and there’s a supermarket just around the corner. It is on the fourth floor and there’s no lift, so there’s the added bonus of some exercise.

Marcello’s place was lovely for two and in a really good location. The beach and plenty of bars and restaurants were down the road. As well as bus stops heading to the centre or the aquarium! Marcello is very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again 😉

Great experience. Amazing place if you’re looking for some comfort and privacy, lots of space inside the house and mostly outside to hang out in the garden and pool area. Close enough to the city center and really strategic place to move to other sides of the island (we rent a car). We were a group of two friends rented two rooms with two bathrooms.

Claudio was an amazing host, he was very fast at responding. Prior to our arrival he sent us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit on the beautiful island. The apartment is in a prime location only walking distance to the beach and the city centre. The apartment itself was very clean, with beautiful touches, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and a beautiful private garden with a lemon tree. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Mallorca and I would highly recommend Claudio’s Airbnb.

Miguel’s place is stunning in a remote and quiet setting but within easily drivable distance to Palma. The place was exactly as described with all the amenities you should require during your stay and very clean and tidy. Miquel was friendly and gave plenty of information before, during and at the end of our stay. I would 100% recommend this place for your stay in Mallorca and Palma.

Estancia agradable, la casa cumplía con todo lo que decía, genial para hacer barbacoas y disfrutar de la piscina y con todo tipo de equipamiento para cocinar y dormir.

La casa nos encantó por su originalidad y caracter, se nota que es una casa vivida y eso implica que algunas cosas tienen desgaste. Los dueños son encantadores, fueron muy amables dándonos la bienvenida y explicandonos todo, repetiriamos sin duda.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig und es hat einen sehr gemütlichen Stil, so dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Kirsche aus der Torte ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war toll, schnell und immer effektiv. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gabriel. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire (et bien plus) est là et en bon état. L'endroit est calme et a proximité de départ de randonnées. Le port de Soller est très agréable. Gabriel est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement. Patrice

l hébergement hors des sentiers battus est très calme, reposant. Le jardin et la piscine en font un petit paradis! Ralph est très accueillant est très a l ecoute des demandes. Ce fut parfait. Merci

Eine tolle Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr nah zum Strand. Wunderschöner Garten und Wintergarten. Spielsachen für Kinder, Strandhandtücher, Strandkorb, Sonnenschirm und Yoga Matte… es war alles vorhanden was man sich nur wünschen kann. Starke Empfehlung!

Marzena & Matthias has a great apartment, amazing view of the sea, close to bars and restaurants but distant enough to get peace and quiet. The apartment was clean and had great amenities, the two bathrooms were a plus. They are great hosts, easy to communicate with and gave us both clear practical instructions as well as local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Appartement impeccable: propre, spacieux et avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée, nous y avons mangé tous les jours! Emplacement parfait : À moins de 10min à pied de la très belle plage d’Alcudia, à proximité de restaurant, Lidl a 2min à pied et possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue (en 5 nuits nous nous sommes toujours garés devant la porte!). Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Pedro qui a toujours été à l’écoute et très arrangeant. On ne peut que recommander ce logement !!!

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Horst's place is beautiful, clean, and very well-located. Super well-equipped, so great if you want to cook your own food. The balcony is spacious and sunny, and the garden is peaceful-- lots of cute cats roaming around which we loved. The unit is located upstairs, directly above the host's home, accessible via a private entrance at the top of a spiral staircase. You feel very much like you are staying in someone's home, it is cosy and well-looked after. We did not use the pool at all, mostly because you're 15 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and also because it is in the host's garden/in front of their house so felt a bit like we'd be imposing! Horst was very communicative and welcoming, and we had a great time. Thanks!

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite chez David. La qualité de son logement et des contacts que nous avons eus avec lui nous ont permis de nous consacrer pleinement à la visite de l'île . Le logement est spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé , très propre , au calme , près de toutes les commodités et des plages , très facile d'accès(à vélo , en voiture ou à pied).Une grande terrasse le rend encore plus agréable. La literie est très confortable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine mais elle est très bien entretenue et facile d'accès. Facilité de parking à l'entrée de la copropriété , sécurisée par un digicode . Un grand merci à David qui s'est montré très réactif et à l'écoute de nos demandes(entrée anticipée dans le logement )... et n'a pas oublié le petit cadeau de bienvenue (une bouteille de sangre de toro) Pour toutes ces raisons , nous recommandons vraiment le logement de David .Nous reviendrons dès que possible !!!
