Extremely clean and very well equipped. The rooms are not large, but nice and well decorated. The proximity to the beach is great! Unfortunately, during our stay, the neighbors in the neighboring semi-detached house were a little loud in the evening and at night... But the host (Antonia) can't do anything about that. She is extremely helpful and responds incredibly quickly! We will be happy to come back.

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

This was an excellent apartment for us. Very close to an cove beach area, and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc Although a smallish holiday area it wasn't overcrowded. But was close to larger resorts. The apartment was very well equipped. Fancina was the perfect host, friendly, v helpful, and quick to respond to our queries

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

You can really tell how much care and attention has gone into making it a special place. Valérie was an incredible host—super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and stress-free. We all had the best time and will definitely be back!

The house is exactly as in the pictures. Spectacular view, comfortable beds and bathrooms, very quiet area, well equipped and close to many beautiful beaches. Oliver is friendly and responds promptly. I recommend it.

This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

From booking to arrival, very friendly and helpful. I messaged Simona that it was my granddaughter’s 18th birthday whilst staying at the apartment. On arrival apartment was decked out with balloons & decorations. Fantastic. Anna was extremely helpful and kind during our stay and the staff in the cafeteria were so friendly and helpful. Nice house in great location. The terrace is a dream. Bay and beach are within walking distance and therefore a huge advantage with the family. There's even a sub, air mattresses and swimming accessories in the garage. Everything your heart desires. We felt comfortable right away and would have liked to have stayed longer.

Modern, bright, generously sized house. The private pool is a real highlight! A sandy beach is a few minutes walk away and also a few hidden coves with turquoise waters can be reached with a walk. An absolute recommendation is also the Dragon Caves in Porto Cristo (best to book a timeslot beforehand). The downside is the garbage collection that everyone (!) Day around 1 am and 7 in the morning the containers located in front of the house empty...

We had a wonderful time at Aina’s place and hope to be back.
