Villa dei Gelsomini is located in the countryside, 5km from Viterbo center, it is close to restaurants, activities for the family and public transport, in particular it is located near the main spas such as "Terme dei Papi", "Therma Oasi" and various thermal pools in the Viterbo area. My home will thrill you for the outdoor spaces, the light, the furnishings, the kitchen, the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. La villa è ben collegata con il centro storico di Roma. Con la macchina è facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di "Montebello" ogni 30 min. partono treni per Roma centro. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.

Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.

The Country house is located in the Umbrian countryside (1 hour from Rome), with panoramic view overlooking our vineyards. It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.
