Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. Revamped Penthouse with Panoramic View Terrace

Gaze out across the city from this tastefully designed home. The residence features stark whites, light wood flooring throughout, chic furnishings, an open-plan layout living area, and stairs up to the loft bedroom. The apartment building does not have an elevator. This lovely duplex is located on the third floor of a newly renovated century-old traditional Lisbon apartment building. The bottom floor of the apartment has two bedrooms (one of which has a lovely balcony), a bathroom and open kitchen and living room. The top floor has a second bathroom, living room (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) with sofa bed and access to the apartment's pièce de résistance, its rooftop terrace. There is air conditioning in every room so that you can enjoy your stay year-round, without fear of the weather. All throughout the apartment, there is plenty of natural light and large double-paned windows that provide picturesque views of the city below. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all the pots and pans, utensils, silverware and plates for your meals. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, iron and ironing board. We provide fresh towels and bed linen, so there is no need to bring your own. In the living room area, sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the large-screen 42 inch LED television, with cable. Each of the bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request. The Arroios subway station (green line) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, whereas both the Alameda subway station (red line) and Anjos subway station (green line) are each a single hop away (or each a mere 750m walking distance) from the apartment. Besides the subway, there are plenty of bus stops nearby that provide transportation to various parts of Lisbon. The building does not have an elevator, so please be prepared to make the climb to the 3rd floor.

New Chiado Studio the Epitome of Portuguese Charm

This studio is an open space with 1 double bed and one sofa bed, ideal for four people. It was completely renovated and full equipped, with one kitchenette with all the equipment’s that you need, TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet, etc. We provide towels and bedding clothes. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, conventional oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine. This studio is located on the 2nd floor of an old traditional building and the access can be by elevator and stairs. The guest has access to all available areas in the apartment. I will of course extend Lisbon’s full hospitality and give all needed support to my guests to make them feel at home with suggestions as to tourist spots to visit, great restaurants, shopping and tips of how to get around our beautiful city. Please feel free to contact me to clarify any doubts or arrange anything else required. If you want an extra cleaning the cost is 40€. Extra towel cost 5€. Upon special request and additional cost, we can also arrange: - Babysitter services; - Baby cots; - Airport transfer; - Sightseeing tours; - Boat tours in Lisbon or Cascais; -.Sushi at home Any additional cleaning services required are at an extra cost of 30€. The studio is next to Pink Street, with plentiful transport links and local restaurants within walking distance. Stroll a little further to the Cais do Sodré along the river to discover the Mercado da Ribeira's great restaurants and food stalls. If you go by car, it has a public car park around 3 min by walk, cost around 20€ per day. The house has all public transports really near. You can go by Bus, Subway or Boat for any place you want. By Taxi: You can arrive by taxi from the airport to the main door and the ride costs about 20€ depending on traffic. From the apartment you can easily walk to many of Lisbon’s finest neighborhoods and public transport is easily accessible nearby. Public Transport: A metro station with 2 lines, Baixa - Chiado Metro Station, is the nearest, just 2 minutes walking distance as well as many buses that will connect you to everyplace in Lisbon. Train: Railway stations are also a short 5-10min walk away. From there you can catch trains to Sintra (from Rossio Station) or to Cascais (from Cais do Sodré Station) or even boat stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon. The Check-in's after 8 pm are charged a fee of 20 €, and please ask until if have availability. Is mandatory to provide the passport or total identification of all guests before your arrival or in the check in. This obligation is request by portuguese foreign services and borders (SEF).

It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. You will have access to the entire flat and we always set all the bedrooms and beds for you choose what is better for you. We try hard to have a competitive price and we have to consider the laundry and cleaning, please use only the beds, and towels strictly necessary. The neighbors are old, friendly, and most of them wake very early, please avoid to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00.
